A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes providing a conductive frame defining first and second rails, a first terminal disposed between the rails, and a plurality of second terminals extending toward the first terminal from one or both of the rails, disposing a plurality of unencapsulated stacks of capacitor(s) on the frame, each of the stacks having electrically isolated first and second contacts and being disposed with the first contact electrically connected to the first terminal and the second contact electrically connected to one of the second terminals, encapsulating the plurality of stacks, and removing the rails from the frame. The method may include electrically connecting the first terminal to a ground line of the semiconductor device and electrically connecting each of the second terminals to a respective power rail of the semiconductor device associated with a respective voltage potential.

A stackable, embeddable capacitor has one or more first type vertical capacitor elements, each of which has a top cathode, a bottom anode, and a first orientation central capacitance region between the top cathode and the bottom anode. The capacitor also has one or more second type vertical capacitor elements, each of which has a bottom cathode, a top anode, and a second orientation central capacitance region between the bottom cathode and the top anode. The second type vertical capacitor elements are alternatingly stacked on the first type vertical capacitor elements.

A method of stacking discrete components to be embedded in a semiconductor device comprises providing a lead frame defining a plurality of strips arranged end-to-end lengthwise with a gap between each pair of adjacent strips, a rail extending parallel to the strips, and a plurality of segments respectively connecting the strips to the rail, placing a plurality of discrete components on the lead frame, each of the discrete components having electrically isolated first and second terminals and being placed so as to bridge the gap between a pair of adjacent strips with the first and second terminals of the discrete component being respectively on one of the pair of adjacent strips and the other of the pair of adjacent strips, removing the rail from the lead frame, and folding the lead frame between the discrete components so as to bring the discrete components into a stacked configuration.

A stacked staggered electrode capacitor in semiconductor devices and methods for fabrication. There are capacitor elements each with a cathode vertically disposed relative to an anode, an anode conductive plating on the anode and a cathode conductive plating on the anode. The anode conductive plating is in a laterally offset relationship to the cathode conductive plating. The plurality of capacitor elements are stacked onto another. One or more build-up layers are interposed between the capacitor elements. One or more anode connecting electrode segments are on a first side of the plurality of capacitor elements, and a cathode connecting electrode on an opposed second side of the plurality of capacitor elements is connected to the cathode conductive plating of each of the plurality of capacitor elements.

Embodiments of the invention relate to a freestanding landscape waterfall assembly which reduces the weight of the waterfall as compared to conventional cast block waterfalls. In one embodiment, a freestanding landscape waterfall includes a face plate having an elongated aperture, a manifold having an outlet configured to direct water through the aperture, and an engagement feature configured to suspend the face plate such that the elongated aperture is in a horizontal orientation. In another embodiment, a freestanding landscape waterfall assembly includes a freestanding landscape waterfall, an overhead support system configured to suspend the freestanding landscape waterfall, and a catch basin positionable below the freestanding landscape waterfall. In yet another embodiment, a freestanding landscape waterfall assembly kit includes a catch basin, a freestanding landscape waterfall configured to be suspended over the catch basin, and a pump system configured to pump water between the catch basin and the freestanding landscape waterfall.

Embodiments of an improved lighted rail system are provided. In one embodiment, a lighted rail system includes plurality of interconnected light elements coupled to an extruded rail member that has a plurality of spindle-receiving holes formed in a first side. In another embodiment, a lighted rail system includes a rail member, a light support member and a plurality of light elements. The rail member has a plurality of spindle-receiving apertures formed in a first surface. The light support member has a length substantially equal to a length of the rail member and is configured to side within or be coupled to the rail member upon assembly of the light rail system. The light elements are coupled to the light support member and are spaced to align with light apertures formed through at least one of the rail member or light support member.

Rail lighting system

An improved lighted rail system is provided in the present invention. In one embodiment, the lighted rail system includes a rail member having a plurality of spindle-receiving holes formed in a first side, at least one wire routed through the rail member; and a plurality of light elements coupled to the wire. In another embodiment, a rail member utilized in a lighted rail system includes an upper portion of a rail member having a conduit formed therein, a spindle-receiving portion configured to receive a spindle, a spindle stop formed in the rail member separating the conduit from the spindle-receiving portion, and a lighting system disposed in the rail member.
