A microprocessor-operated keyless entry padlock includes a fingerprint sensor for reading a fingerprint and comparing it to at least one fingerprint stored in memory in the padlock. If a match is found the padlock may be manually opened by a knob or automatically opened by actuating a drive gear to move a gear portion connected to a locking bar to open the locking bar.

Fingerprint-actuated padlock

A toilet water measuring and flow control system, including leak and overflow detection and prevention elements. The system has inlet and outlet flow sensors operably connected to inlet and outlet control valves and to water level sensors to measure and control water flow to and from the toilet. Water level sensors held in a toilet tank are connected to the system to control the volume of water fed to the toilet tank and passing through the outlet. The toilet tank may be provided with a movable reservoir to more accurately control the amount of water held in the tank and exiting the tank upon flushing.

Toilet control system

A system for insertion in a water line to a toilet bowl or urinal includes a housing having a water flow sensor held therein and a toilet or urinal overflow detector held in or formed integrally with the toilet bowl or urinal. The housing includes a normally-open valve actuated by the water flow detector or overflow detector to control flow of water through water line. The system may also include a water cleaner cartridge system.

Toilet and urinal leak, overflow and stuck valve prevention system

A microprocessor-operated flow control device for a toilet to prevent flooding upon obstructing of a waste outlet of a toilet bowl also includes a leak detector for measuring any water leakage from a toilet tank. The device includes a water level sensor assembly mounted on a clip held over a rim of the toilet bowl so as to hold the water level sensor assembly in a predetermined position within the toilet bowl, and a leak detecting element held in the interior of the toilet tank. If water bridges contacts on the water level sensor assembly, an electrical circuit or an RF connection is completed to the microprocessor in a housing, and an electric motor is actuated to drive a gear train to close a normally opened valve and shut off water to the water tank of the toilet. If a water leak is detected, an electrical or an RF signal is sent to the microprocessor to shut off water flow to the water tank. The present invention is an easily-added-on, simplified device for use with a toilet to prevent flooding and wasting water through leakage.

Toilet leak detector and overflow control

A flow control device for a toilet to prevent flooding upon obstructing of a waste outlet of a toilet bowl. The device includes at least one sensor assembly mounted on a rim of a bowl of a toilet or urinal to hold the sensor assembly in a predetermined position within the bowl. If water bridges contacts on the at least one sensor assembly, an electrical circuit is completed, and a solenoid is actuated to close a normally opened valve to shut off running water to the water tank of the toilet. A power source and a valve open alarm system are electrically connected to the at least one sensor assembly and the solenoid actuated valve.

Toilet overflow control

A flow control device for a toilet to prevent flooding upon obstructing of a waste outlet of a toilet bowl. The device includes a sensor assembly mounted on a clip held over a rim of the toilet bowl so as to hold the sensor assembly in a predetermined position within the toilet bowl. The clip may include adjustable elements thereon to enable the height of the sensor assembly to be adjusted, depending on the size and type of toilet in which it is affixed. If water bridges contacts on the sensor assembly, an electrical circuit is completed, and a solenoid is actuated to close a normally opened valve to shut off running water to the water tank of the toilet. The present invention is an easily-added-on, simplified device for use with a toilet bowl to prevent flooding, if the waste outlet of the toilet bowl is blocked for any reason.
