A rail-guided wagon for transporting a carrier carrying a package in a form and seal machine is provided. The wagon comprises: a set of spaced-apart wheels to be distributed on each side of the rail, wherein a first subset of the wheels to be arranged on a first side of the rail is spring-biased towards a second subset of the wheels to be arranged on an opposite side of the rail.

A feeding system for carton blanks is disclosed, comprising a pivotable linkage, a gripper head connected to the pivotable linkage at a first rotational axis. The feeding system comprises a magazine configured to store a plurality of stacked carton blanks in a stacking direction. The carton blanks are confined in a cassette being dimensioned so that the carton blanks are confined to extend between proximal and distal internal surfaces of the cassette along a cassette direction which is perpendicular to the stacking direction and the first rotational axis. The proximal internal surface is arranged to align proximal edges of the carton blanks in a proximal alignment plane being perpendicular to the cassette direction, the proximal alignment plane extending between the gripper head and said first rotational axis. The first rotational joint is positioned in relation to the magazine such that there is a separation distance between the proximal alignment plane and the first rotational axis.

Feeding system for carton blanks

An infeed alignment device () for aligning a carton blank () such that a picking device can pick the carton blank. The infeed alignment device comprises an upper alignment member () for pushing on an upper part of the carton blank, a lower alignment member () for pushing on a lower part of the carton blank, and wherein the upper and/or lower alignment member is configured to push in a push direction on the top and/or the bottom of the carton blank such that the carton blank is in a picking position for the picking device.

Device and method for aligning a carton blank

An apparatus for fetching a blank from a magazine holding a number of blanks is presented. Each of the blanks is a sleeve shaped piece of packaging material folded planar. The apparatus comprises a rotary feeder provided with a gripper. The rotary feeder and the gripper are arranged to rotate around a main rotational axis, such that the gripper is moved between a fetching position in which a blank is fetched and a releasing position in which the blank is released. The gripper is arranged to rotate around a gripper specific rotational axis, such that fetching the blank in the fetching position is facilitated.

Apparatus and method for feeding carton blanks from a magazine to carriers

An apparatus for sealing an open end of a package comprises a first longitudinally extending sealing jaw, bearing mounted on a first eccentric shaft rotatable around a first rotational axis, and a second longitudinally extending sealing jaw, bearing mounted on a second eccentric shaft rotatable around a second rotational axis, the second sealing jaw being parallel with the first sealing jaw. At least one motor drives rotation around the first and second rotational axis in opposite directions, wherein the first and the second sealing jaws oppose each other, and are allowed to oscillate between sealing and open positions by moving towards and away from each other. A first and second transversally extending guiding bar cooperate with the first and second eccentric shaft via guiding pins running in guiding grooves, such that transverse play between the first and the second eccentric shaft and the first and second sealing jaw is allowed.

A sealing jaw assembly for a sealing unit, and in particular an arrangement for suspending a sealing jaw in a socket is disclosed. Method and an apparatus in the advancement of packaging blanks

The disclosure relates to an apparatus () comprising a turning mechanism which is adapted to change the orientation of a number of packaging containers () in motion in a filling machine, from a first orientation () to a second orientation (), comprising a conveyor () provided with at least one carrier () to which at least one carrier unit is connected. Apparatus and method for turning containers

The disclosure relates to an apparatus () for pushing a number of packaging containers () which are supported in cassettes () in motion in a first direction in a packaging machine. The apparatus () comprises carriers () by means of which the packaging containers may be pushed from a first position to a second position in relation to said cassettes (). Apparatus for pushing packaging containers

An apparatus for high pressure pumping or homogenizing of liquids has a drive motor with a transmission mechanism and a pump section. The transmission mechanism includes a belt train, a gearbox and a crank mechanism which is housed in a crankcase. The pump section includes a pump block, valves, and pistons which are connected to the crank mechanism. The transmission mechanism converts the rotary movement of the drive motor into the reciprocating movement of the pump pistons. The drive motor is placed directly above the crankcase and is surrounded on two sides by partitions which are interconnected by a roof. The partitions form, together with the roof, an air channel such that the driving parts of the apparatus may be cooled in a simple and efficient manner. By use of various arrangements peripheral to the apparatus, the air may be led off or recycled after cooling and recovery of the heat.
