This disclosure relates generally to thermal management fluid systems. This disclosure relates more particularly to dielectric thermal management fluid systems useful in cooling electronic devices such as lithium-ion batteries, and methods of using such thermal management fluids.

Multiple cooling circuit systems and methods for using them

A method for removing aromatic compounds from a hydrocarbon fluid comprises contacting the hydrocarbon fluid with a solid-phase polymeric material. The solid-phase polymeric material comprises a cross-linked polymer which contains aromatic groups. The method may be used to prevent the build-up of sludge and soot in a lubricant system in an internal combustion engine. A polymer bead comprising a solid-phase polymeric material is also provided.

Removing aromatic compounds from a hydrocarbon fluid

In some embodiments, there is provided a method of controlling a pressure gradient between a combustion chamber and a crankcase of an engine, the method having: receiving, at a control device, a signal indicating that a lubricant container is coupled to a lubricant circulation system associated with the engine, in response to the received signal, providing data to cause operation of a suction control device for facilitating control of the pressure gradient.
