Dental matrix band devices including a housing with a band, a tensioning mechanism for the band with the control for the tensioning mechanism controllable by a control knob external to the housing, and at least one deflector pushbutton. The deflector pushbutton(s) applies pressure on an upper or lower portion of the band causing the geometry of the band to change. The resulting band geometry forms a conical loop better matching the configuration of a tooth. In one embodiment two deflector pushbuttons are provided and positioned to apply pressure on the upper or lower portion of the band depending on which deflector pushbutton is depressed in the housing. In another embodiment a single deflector pushbutton unit is provided with a pushbutton at each end.

A web material dispenser for housing two or more rolls is provided. The web material dispenser includes a housing having a fixed housing portion provided with a first roll support assembly coupled thereto for supporting a first roll of web material. The housing further has a movable housing portion, movable between a closed position and an open position, provided with a second roll support assembly coupled thereto for supporting a second roll of web material. The fixed and movable housing portions defining a housing chamber therebetween when the movable portion is in the closed position, for at least partially enclosing the two or more rolls of web material within the housing chamber. The movable portion is moved to the open position for providing access to the two or more rolls and allowing replacement of at least one of the first and second rolls.

There is provided a locking assembly mountable to a dispenser having a base part and a cover movable relative to each other between a closed configuration and an open configuration. The locking assembly is configured to lock the base part and the cover in the closed configuration when mounted to the dispenser and comprises an unlocking component mountable to one of the base part and the cover and having an unlocking body translatable to configure the locking assembly into an unlocked configuration; and a pushbutton at least partially contained in the unlocking body. The locking assembly is selectively configurable into a key-opening configuration wherein the pushbutton is prevented from translation and in a pushbutton-opening configuration wherein pressure on the pushbutton engages the unlocking body into translation to configure the locking assembly into the unlocked configuration.

A bushing for a web material roll including a body sized to be fitted into the web material roll; the bushing further including a wall extending across the central cavity of the web material roll when the bushing is in the central cavity of the web material roll and defining an opening for receiving a roll support therethrough, the opening being bordered by a roll support contacting surface, the bushing having one or more bearing surfaces for contacting the roll support and supporting the web material roll, the one or more bearing surfaces including at least the roll support contacting surface bordering the opening. The back wall for a web material dispenser having first and second web material support arms configured to support a web material supply. The back wall includes a fastening portion configured to mount the back wall to a supporting surface; a first support arm portion for the first web material support arm to be mounted thereto; and a weakness-providing junction at least partially circumscribing the first support arm portion from the fastening portion for the first support arm portion to be tiltable with respect to the fastening portion. A patient support apparatus includes a deck, a plurality of side rails, a control panel, and a plurality of subsystems, such as a bed exit system that detects when a patient may exit from the support apparatus, or a lifting mechanism to raise and lower the deck. A controller is in communication with the control panel and is adapted to monitor conditions regarding the side rails and/or the other subsystems. At least one lamp is also provided on the patient support apparatus that is adapted to be illuminated in a first manner when a plurality of monitored conditions remain in a desired state, and in a second manner when at least one of the plurality of monitored conditions changes to an undesired state.
