A triple layer hybrid holster for a handgun adapted to be worn inside the waistband of a user comprising an outer layer formed of a shape-retentive moldable plastic material shaped to fit snugly against a side of a selected size and model of handgun and having a section that protrudes into a trigger guard area of the handgun. The holster further has a generally flat middle layer formed of a shape-retentive moldable plastic material configured to fit against an opposite side of the handgun for pressing the handgun into engagement with the outer layer. A user protective inner layer is attached in abutting relationship to an outer surface of the middle layer and is formed of a material having a generally smooth surface for contacting an adjacent skin surface of a user when the holster is worn inside the user's waistband.

A mounting system for a concealed carry holster for securing the holster to a storage location. The mounting system uses a belt clip of the holster to attach the holster to a bracket. The bracket has a spring action restraint that cooperates with the belt clip to retain the holster in the mounting system. The restraint is accessible from a front of the holster to allow easy removal from the bracket.

A photograph frame has a backing plate with an integrally formed support member that can be bent out of a plane of the backing plate to support the frame at a viewing angle. The support member incorporates an integral locking member that is bent out of a plane of the support member to maintain the support member in a fixed position. Both the support member and locking member are formed in situ with the backing plate.

The process for making a picture frame having printed border artwork on a transparent front panel with irregular outer and inner edges and having an attached rear panel having a picture frame folding stand therein. The process includes the printing of border art on a sheet of a material having a covered pressure sensitive adhesive backing and attaching it to the front panel. The front panel is then laser cut along the computer marked cut path to cut along the outside and inside edges of the printed border artwork while cutting a window therein. The cutout window is removed and a thin transparent polymer sheet is attached thereover. A picture frame back is cut with a foldout stand and is attached to the front panel to form the picture frame.

Provided are alternative fabrication methods and compositions for an electrochemical cell. The methods and compositions of the present invention are particularly, though not exclusively, applicable to the manufacture of polymer-cased lithium-ion secondary battery cells. Briefly, the present invention provides an electrochemical cell fabrication process wherein a PVDF-based binder specifically selected for its physical and chemical properties, in particular, its high crystallinity, is coated on a porous separator material to form a porous separator. The high crystallinity PVDF of the binder results in improved cell structure and performance.

A process for making a picture frame includes the step of printing border art and registration marks on a piece of sheet material, such as paper, and marking a laser cut path on the printed sheet of material and then zone coating an adhesive onto the sheet material over the printed artwork. The process includes attaching the sheet material to a transparent polymer sheet, cutting the printed sheet material along the marked cut path to form a cutout in the printed sheet and removing the cutout portion of the printed sheet material which does not have adhesive applied thereto. The transparent polymer sheet is heated and folded to form a backing for the picture frame. The process can also utilize a zone coating of ultraviolet activated adhesive applied over the printed artwork, then passing the polymer sheet having the printed sheet attached thereto through a pair of rollers for removing air bubbles and directing ultraviolet light through the polymer sheet onto the adhesive to activate the adhesive. The process can also include attaching a frame easel or support to the back of the picture frame.

A process for making a picture frame includes the step of printing border art and registration marks on a piece of transparent sheet material, such as vinyl or polycarbonate plastic sheet material, while leaving a center window portion transparent. Then making a laser cut path in a computer digital file for the printed transparent sheet material for cutting the outside path of the border art and then coating an adhesive onto the transparent sheet material to cover the printed artwork and transparent center window. The process includes attaching the transparent sheet material having the printed border surrounding a transparent center window onto a transparent polymer picture frame member, cutting the transparent sheet of material along the computer stored cutout path on the outer edge of the border art to form an outer border on the transparent material and transparent picture frame member. The transparent polymer sheet is heated and folded to form a backing for the picture frame. The process can also utilize a coating of ultraviolet activated adhesive applied over the printed transparent sheet, then passing the polymer sheet and transparent sheet through a pair of rollers for removing air bubbles and then directing ultraviolet light through the polymer sheet onto the adhesive to activate the adhesive. The process can also include attaching a frame easel or support to the back of the picture frame.

A fishing lure apparatus having a changeable skirt has a head having a bore therethrough for passage of a fishing line in a chamber formed therein. An attaching member is attached to the rear of the head. A lure skirt has a slotted skirt sleeve at one end thereof with a plurality of stringers extending therefrom which attaches to a slotted skirt support ring using a slotted clamp. A locking member having a bore therethrough slides on the fishing line and attaches to the head attaching member through the slotted skirt sleeve, slotted skirt supporting ring, and slotted clamp for attaching the skirt to the fishing lure. By loosening the locking member, the skirt attached to the skirt supporting ring with the slotted clamp can be slid off the leader and removed from the lure head. The skirt and other members are removed by sliding the fishing line through the slot in the skirt sleeve and then sliding a replacement skirt attached to a skirt supporting ring with a slotted clamp over the fishing line and reattaching the locking member to the attaching member on the head of the lure. The lure also provides for a second slotted sleeve skirt ring and clamp for removably attaching a second skirt to the fishing lure. The method provides for selecting the fishing lure and changing the skirt thereon while the lure is attached to the fishing line.
