One illustrative production/annulus bore stab disclosed herein includes a one-piece body that comprises a first cylindrical outer surface and a second cylindrical outer surface and a plurality of individual fluid flow paths defined entirely within the one-piece body. In this illustrative example, each of the individual fluid flow paths is fluidly isolated from one another and each of the fluid flow paths comprise a first inlet/outlet at a first end of the fluid flow path that is positioned in the first cylindrical outer surface and a second inlet/outlet at a second end of the fluid flow path that is positioned in the second cylindrical outer surface.

Systems, devices and methods for orienting a production outlet of a subsea production tree

One illustrative apparatus disclosed herein includes a stab body, a first and second inlet/outlet and a coupler body positioned around the stab body, wherein the coupler body is adapted to rotate relative to the stab body. Also included is a first and second hydraulic coupling element positioned on the coupler body and a first and second coiled tube positioned around the stab body, the first and second coiled tubes being in fluid communication with the first and second hydraulic coupling elements respectively and the first and second inlet/outlets respectively. Also included is a first and second orientation structure and a tubing hanger. The first and second orientation structures are adapted to engage each other and establish a desired relative orientation between the coupler body and the tubing hanger.

Rotating indexing coupling (RIC) assembly for installation and orientation of a subsea production tree

A tubing hanger assembly includes a tubing hanger body, a downward facing load shoulder which is axially displaceable relative to the body, and first and second inclined surfaces which are configured to engage each other. One of the first and second inclined surfaces has a fixed axial position relative to the body and the other of the first and second inclined surfaces has a fixed axial position relative to the load shoulder. The first and second inclined surfaces are configured such that rotation of one of the first and second inclined surfaces relative to the other of the first and second inclined surfaces results in axial displacement of the load shoulder relative to the body.

Tubing hanger assembly with adjustable load nut

A method for adjusting the axial position of a first member relative to a second member, the first member being threadedly connected to the second member such that rotation of the first member relative to the second member results in axial movement of the first member relative to the second member. The method includes the steps of providing a piston assembly having an annularly extending cylinder and an annularly extending piston which is slidably received in the cylinder, the piston assembly being operable to extend and retract the piston relative to the cylinder; positioning the piston assembly coaxially relative to the first and second members such that the cylinder is engageable with one of the first and second members and the piston is engageable with the other of the first and second members such that, upon activation of the piston assembly, the piston assembly rotates the first member relative to the second member; and activating the piston assembly to thereby rotate the first member relative to the second member and thereby move the first member axially relative to the second member.

Coiled piston assembly

A tubing hanger assembly includes a tubing hanger body, a downward facing load shoulder axially displaceable relative to the body, an annular load member rotatably supported on the body, and a torque member operatively engaged between the load member. The load shoulder and load member are arranged such that rotation of the load member relative to the body results in axial displacement of the load shoulder relative to the body. In use, the torque member rotates the load member to thereby displace the load shoulder axially relative to the body.

One illustrative apparatus () disclosed herein includes a stab body (), at least one inlet/outlet () and a coupler body () positioned around the stab body (), wherein the coupler body () is adapted to rotate relative to the stab body (). Also included is at least one hydraulic coupling element () positioned on the coupler body () and at least one coiled tube () positioned around the stab body (), the at least one coiled tube () being in fluid communication with the at least one first hydraulic coupling element () and the at least one inlet/outlet ().

A wetmate connector for wirelessly communicating data or power signals between first and second components includes a first connector half which is mountable to the first component and a second connector half which is mountable to the second component. The first connector half includes a first internal cavity and a first wireless communications device which is positioned in the first internal cavity. The first wireless communications device is operable to transmit or receive wireless data and/or power signals, and the first internal cavity is sealed from an external environment at least when the first connector half is mounted to the first component. The second connector half includes a second internal cavity and a second wireless communications device which is positioned in the second internal cavity. The second wireless communications device is operable to transmit or receive wireless data or power signals, and the second internal cavity is sealed from the external environment at least when the second connector half is mounted to the second component.

A tubing hanger assembly is provided which includes an annular tubing hanger body, a lockdown feature, an annular load member positioned on the body below the lockdown feature and rotatable relative to the body, and an annular load shoulder axially displaceable relative to the body. The load shoulder is associated with the load member such that in a first rotational position of the load member the load shoulder is spaced a first axial distance from the lockdown feature, and in a second rotational position of the load member the load shoulder is spaced a second axial distance from the lockdown feature, the second distance being greater than the first distance.
