A medical examination table which is movable between a lowered patient entry/exit position and a raised patient examination position. A scissor-lift assembly is provided to raise and lower the examination table. The examination table includes a drawer having a pivotal front panel which is adapted to support instruments or other items thereon when the drawer is folded to a downward position. The examination table further includes a storage pocket located beneath the backrest. The storage pocket and its contents are concealed when the backrest is lowered and are accessible when the backrest is inclined.

Medical examination table

A medical examination table has a seat section and a back section supported on a base. The seat and back sections are selectively adjustable to place a patient resting thereon in various positions for examination or the performance of medical procedures. The seat section has a relatively low profile that accommodates storing various accessories beneath the seat section while providing a high level of patient comfort and ensuring a low overall table height. In one embodiment, the seat section comprises a seat frame having a central open area, and a layer of web material extending over the open area.

A device for use in assisting a person in folding a flag. The device comprises a band having an internal diameter, a first end and a second end and an intermediate extent therebetween. The band is formed into a circular configuration with first and second ends in alignment. A plate is positioned upon the band opposite the first and second ends. A threaded aperture is formed within the plate. A clipping arm is included and has a first end and a second end and an intermediate extent therebetween. A hole is formed within the first end of the arm. A clip is positioned upon the second end of the arm. A hook arm has a first end and a second end and an intermediate extent therebetween. A hole is formed within the first end of the arm. A hook is positioned upon the second end of the arm. A screw is positioned through the hole within the first end of the clipping arm and within the hole within the first end of the hook arm. The screw is threadably secured within the aperture of the plate. The screw functions to rotatably couple the hook arm and the clipping arm to the band.

An oil well subsurface pump comprising a housing for reciprocal disposition with a working barrel and having one end thereof adapted to be secured to the lowermost end of a sucker rod, or the like, and the opposite end thereof in open communication with the fluid reservoir in a well bore, a ball check valve carried by the housing and disposed within a ball chamber having a stop at one end for limiting the movement of the ball member in one direction and the opposite end open to the well fluid, resilient sealing assemblies interposed between the outer periphery of the housing and the inner periphery of the working barrel and slidable with respect to the barrel during a pumping operation, longitudinally disposed passageways provided in the housing and extending from the ball chamber to a position beyond the upper limit of the sealing assemblies to provide communication through the housing to the annulus between the housing and the working barrel for passage of the well fluid from the fluid reservoir to the annulus for transportation of the fluid to the surface of the well bore, the sealing assemblies being superimposed with respect to one another and each comprising an inner rigid ring having a yieldable annular body disposed therearound with a fluid channel therebetween such that the yieldable annular body is engagable with the inner periphery of the working barrel and is provided with an annular fluid receiving groove on the outer periphery thereof for assuring an adequate lubrication between the sealing assemblies and the working barrel for reducing friction therebetween during a pumping operation, and wherein fluid pressure to the fluid channel expands the yieldable body into sealing engagement with the working barrel.

Oil well pump

A multi-position examination chair for supporting a patient and assuming sequentially a plurality of obstetric and gynecologic examination positions includes a base. A chair mounted on the base includes a back portion pivotally attached to the base and a seat portion pivotally attached to the back portion. A first linear actuator pivotally moves the back portion into a desired position relative the base, and a linkage cooperates to cause a predetermined amount of pivotal movement of the seat portion relative to the base in response to pivotal movement of the back portion. A second linear actuator power means pivotally moves the seat portion into a desired position relative the back portion. Actuation of one of a plurality of switches cooperates with a control system for movement of the back and seat portions from one of the examination positions to at least a next following one of the positions within the sequence.

An oil well subsurface pump comprising a housing for reciprocal disposition within a working barrel and having one end thereof adapted to be secured to the lowermost end of a sucker rod, or the like, and the opposite end thereof in open communication with the fluid reservoir in a well bore, a ball check valve carried by the housing and disposed within a ball chamber having one end closed for limiting the movement of the ball member in one direction and the opposite end open to the well fluid, resilient sealing assembly interposed between the outer periphery of the housing and the inner periphery of the working barrel and slidable with respect to the barrel during a pumping operation, longitudinally disposed passageways provided in the housing and extending from the ball chamber to a position beyond the upper limit of the sealing assembly to provide communication through the housing to the annulus between the housing and the working barrel for passage of the well fluid from the fluid reservoir to the annulus for transportation of the fluid to the surface of the well bore, the sealing assembly comprising a plurality of superimposed flanged rings having sealing members secured around the outer periphery thereof and a locking ring outboard of the flanged rings for securing the flanged rings in position around the outer periphery of the housing.

An oil well subsurface pump comprising a housing having one end thereof adapted to be secured to the lowermost end of a sucker rod, or the like, and the opposite end thereof in open communication with the fluid reservoir in a well bore, a ball check valve carried by the housing, a ball stop member disposed within the housing for limiting the movement of the ball member in one direction and having ports therein for passage of fluid upwardly through the housing, resilient sealing assembly interposed between the outer periphery of the housing and the inner periphery of the barrel and slidable with respect to the barrel during a pumping operation, and discharge ports provided in the housing in spaced relation to the sealing assembly for directing well fluid from the interior of the housing to the annulus between the housing and the working barrel for transportation of the fluid to the surface of the well bore.
