A portable wash station, comprising an outer water tank, a flexible inner water tank secured within the outer tank, and a sink basin affixed atop the outer tank including at least one sink, one water faucet for dispensing water from the outer tank and one drain for draining water from the sink into the inner tank. The flexible inner tank has an associated volume that expands as the water is dispensed from the outer tank and into the flexible inner tank, that contracts as the water is removed therefrom, and that is subjected to minimal hydraulic pressure from the water dispensed therein.

Portable stand-alone sink unit

A multi-sided portable cabana that exhibits increased structural integrity and added dimensional qualities when compared to conventional cabanas, and that is also accessible to persons having physical disabilities. The cabana includes a generally flat, planar base and a plurality of interchangeable wall panels coupled to the base that extend generally perpendicularly upwardly from the base. A roof panel is affixed atop the plurality of wall panels. A door frame, including a door hingedly connected thereto, is positioned between two of the plurality of wall panels and includes a bottom edge generally co-planar with the flat base. Each of a plurality of wall connectors is positioned between adjacent wall panels in a lengthwise manner for coupling the adjacent wall panels. A wall rib is secured to an inner surface of at least two of the retainers and spaced apart therefrom to increase the structural integrity of the cabana, and to also provide persons with disabilities, such as those confined to wheelchairs, access to facilities housed within the cabana interior in compliance with regulations set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

A combined toilet and waste holding tank is provided for mounting within a portable toilet cabana having side walls, a rear wall, and a front wall with a door and a floor. The tank extends along the rear wall and between the side walls and occupies roughly the rear half of the cabana floor space. The toilet includes a ring-like structure having a rear portion opening directly into the tank through a cover panel upon the upper surface of the tank, and also having a forward extending, bowl-like portion which is integral with and extends forwardly of the front wall of the tank. The cabana has a rear-to-front extending central axis which approximately bisects the cabana. The toilet structure is located substantially on one side of the cabana axis, so that it is closer to one side wall of the cabana and the toilet is acutely angled relative to the cabana axis. The front wall of the tank is angled relative to the cabana axis so that it is perpendicular to the axis of the toilet on opposite sides of the toilet bowl-like portion. The arrangement provides increased occupant usable floor space within the cabana, enables nesting a pair of tanks for storage and shipment independently of the cabana, and functions as both a urinal and toilet.

Portable combined toilet and waste holding tank

A flushing system is provided for an outdoor portable toilet of the type having a cabana containing a waste material storage tank upon which a toilet structure is positioned for the deposit of toilet waste material into the tank by gravity. A separate fresh water tank is removably positioned outside the cabana against its rear wall and is connected, through a pipe, to a control valve, which, in turn, is connected to a flushing mechanism and a pump which conveys liquid to the flushing mechanism when actuated. In addition, a waste tank pipe extends into the waste tank and a filter through which waste liquid may be drawn from the waste tank to the valve and then pumped to the flushing mechanism. The valve may be set to draw liquid either from the fresh water tank or the liquid from the waste water holding tank or, alternatively, from neither tank, so that the unit may be operated without flushing. The water holding capacity of the fresh water tank is less than the pre-determined waste holding capacity of the waste water holding tank to preclude overfilling the waste tank. Thus, the waste tank may be emptied and the fresh water tank filled when the cabana is periodically serviced.

Flush system for outdoor portable toilets

An outdoor toilet cabana is formed of pair of side walls whose opposite vertical edges are bent to form angled corner sections having their free edge portions bent into vertical strip-like flanges that extend in approximately the same plane towards the opposite, corresponding flanges of the opposite wall. A rear wall has side edge strip-like portions that are aligned in approximately the same plane as the flanges of the side wall. Extruded strips are formed with oppositely opening channels to receive the adjacent side wall flanges and rear wall edge portions. These channels are deeper than the portions of the flanges and rear wall strips received therein so that they can accommodate variations in wall dimensions while still providing a rigid cabana of pre-determincd size. A doorway is formed between the flanges on the forward side of the side walls. A substantially continuous extruded doorway edge strip extends along the jambs and the header of the doorway. The extruded doorway strip is provided with a channel for receiving the flanges of the side walls and for receiving a depending flange formed on a roof arranged over the walls. In addition, the doorway strip is provided with a second, drain channel positioned on the forward outer surface of the cabana for directing rain water from the header and roof along the side jambs of the doorway. The doorway strip includes a substantially continuous flange extending inwardly of the doorway to provide a stop for a door arranged within the doorway. The channel of the doorway strip which receives the wall and roof flanges is deeper than the normally received portions of those flanges for accommodating variations in dimensions of the side walls and roof.
