A crane, such as a bridge crane or gantry crane, having at least one horizontally extending crane girder, which is designed as a lattice girder having a plurality of braces and on which a crane trolley having a lifting device can be moved. At least some of the braces are planiform, and each of the planiform braces has a flat main surface, which extends transversely to a longitudinal direction of the crane girder. A first brace and a second brace form a brace pair and are arranged in an X-shape in relation to each other as viewed transversely to the longitudinal direction of the crane girder.

Crane, in particular bridge crane or gantry crane, having at least one crane girder

A crane, such as a bridge crane or gantry crane, having at least one horizontally extending crane girder, which is designed as a lattice girder having a plurality of braces and on which a crane trolley having a lifting device can be moved. At least some of the braces are planiform, and each of the planiform braces has a flat main surface, which extends transversely to a longitudinal direction of the crane girder. On each longitudinal side of the braces, a first cut-out and a second cut-out are provided in the main surfaces. The longitudinal sides of at least some of the planiform braces are free of edge bends at least between the first and second cutouts.

A crane girder for a crane, such as an overhead or gantry crane, that is configured as a trussed girder with an upper chord, a lower chord, and braces connecting the chords to each other. A crane, in particular an overhead crane or gantry crane, comprising at least one crane girder, which extends horizontally and is designed as a trussed girder having an upper run and a lower run. A crane trolley having a lifting device can be moved on the crane girder. The invention further relates to a method for assembling a crane girder, comprising an assembly step for producing the trussed structure of the crane girder. The crane girder includes an adapter on at least one of the two opposite ends, which adapter can be fastened to the upper run and the lower run in such a way that the adapter can be oriented relative to the upper run and the lower run and then the adapter can be welded onto the upper run and the lower run in a desired position.

Crane, in particular an overhead crane or gantry crane, having at least one crane girder

The invention relates to a crane, in particular an overhead crane or gantry crane, having at least one crane girder that extends horizontally in a longitudinal direction. The crane is designed as a trussed girder and comprises struts which connect an upper run and a lower run together. The upper run and lower run of the trussed girder are designed in a laminar manner, on which a crane trolley having a lifting gear can be moved. The at least one crane girder is advantageously improved by virtue of the fact that the struts are designed in a laminar manner, each strut has a main surface that extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the crane girder. The first or second strut end of each strut has at least one aperture on the main surface that lies against the lower run or the upper run.

Crane, in particular overhead crane or gantry crane, comprising at least one crane girder

The invention relates to a crane, in particular an overhead crane or gantry crane, having at least two crane girders that extend horizontally in a longitudinal direction. The crane is designed as trussed girders and each girder includes an upper run with a moveable crane trolley and lifting gear. Each crane girders is composed of two upper run profiles that are connected together via a running rail for the crane trolley. By way of such a design, particularly simple assembly of the crane girders or of the crane can be achieved. Therefore, commercially available, conventional structural steel can be used for the upper run, from which the upper run is produced in a simple manner in terms of manufacturing technology by simple connection to a corresponding running rail.

Crane, in particularly overhead crane or gantry crane, comprising at least two crane girders

The invention relates to a crane, particularly a bridge crane or gantry crane, including at least one crane girder extending horizontally and designed as a truss with a plurality of braces, on which girder a crane trolley with a lifting gear is movable. At least some of the braces have a flat shape. The flat-shaped braces each have a flat main surface that extends in each case transversely to a longitudinal direction of the crane girder.

The invention relates to an arrangement comprising a travelling mechanism girder and a running wheel block fastened detachably thereto, wherein the running wheel block is comprised of a housing with at least one connection surface and a running wheel which is mounted in the housing and protrudes out of the housing. To facilitate the exchange of running wheel blocks, alignment of the running wheel block with respect to the travelling mechanism girder is secured through the use of a machined groove, in which a machined plate is held in a form-fitting manner, arranged on the connection surface of the running wheel block. After the running wheel block has been properly aligned, the plate is fixedly connected to the travelling mechanism girder, maintaining the alignment. The invention also relates to a method for the installation of an arrangement consisting of a travelling mechanism girder and a running wheel block.
