A filter assembly including a rectangular inlet frame having a rectangular inlet opening configured to receive a primary filter and optionally a prefilter. The filter assembly may include a rectangular outlet frame and a housing body. The rectangular inlet frame may also be used as a housing by itself to support and house primary filters and prefilters. A gridwork including one or more grid dividers may be used in the rectangular inlet frame to provide 2 or more openings for receipt of filters.

A filter assembly including a rectangular inlet frame having a rectangular inlet opening, a rectangular outlet frame, a housing body being collapsible to have a flattened shipping state and an erect state, the collapsible housing body in the erect state being rectangular and interposed between the rectangular inlet frame and the rectangular outlet frame in an assembled state, and at least one filter having filter media installed in the rectangular inlet opening in generally sealing relation thereto and projecting from the inlet frame toward the outlet frame in the assembled state.

Collapsible and/or assembled filter housing and filter used therewith

A filter system includes a housing having an inlet opening surrounded by a sealing surface, an outlet opening. The housing may be rotational molded or be configured to be nestable with additional housings for shipping purposes. The system may also be configured such that the filter to be mounted therewith can be placed interior to the filter housing during shipment. A V-bank filter or a single-header box filter is positioned in the inlet opening, has a flange in general alignment with the sealing surface, and a plurality of filter media sections projecting away from the flange and into the housing interior. A seal is disposed between the flange of the V-bank or single-header box filter and sealing surface. A pre-filter, such as a panel filter, may be provided upstream from the primary filter.

Filter frame housing and filter for animal confinement building

A filter system includes a housing having an inlet opening surrounded by a sealing surface, an outlet opening, and a door having a seating surface surrounding a through-port opening. The door is movable between an open and closed position and a closed position. In an embodiment, a hinge connects the door to the housing, such that the door pivots between open and closed positions about the hinge. A panel pre-filter is seated along the seating surface of the door. A V-bank filter is positioned in the inlet opening, and has a flange in general alignment with the sealing surface, and has a plurality of filter media sections projecting away from the flange and into the housing interior. A latch is adapted to keep the panel pre-filter positioned inline and upstream of the V-bank filter. A seal is disposed between the flange of the V-bank filter and the sealing surface.
