A clamping device has a rotatably mounted clamping shaft (), a clamping element (), and a control mechanism (). The clamping shaft () is formed from an inner shaft () and an outer shaft () that receives the inner shaft (). The outer shaft is connected to the control mechanism () to pivot the clamping shaft (), via a lever arm (). The inner shaft () is rotationally connected conjointly to the clamping element (). The inner shaft () is fixed in position relative to the outer shaft () by an adjustment element () connected to the inner shaft ().

Clamping device

A clamping device has an actuator that moves linearly and is actuated by a drive. A pivoting clamping element is operatively connected, via a toggle lever mechanism, with the actuator. The toggle lever mechanism includes a drive-side adapter and a hand lever-side adapter. The drive side adapter and hand lever side adapter can be adjusted relative to one another to define an opening angle of the clamping element. One of the adapters has a profiled bar extending in a direction of actuation. The other adapter has an insertion region to accommodate the bar. A fixing element is provided in one of the adaptors to define the location of the adapters relative to one another. The fixing element can be clamped against the profiled bar and also against an insertion region.

An actuating device has an actuating element connected in a rotationally-fixed manner to a shaft. The shaft is mounted so that it is rotatable in the housing. The actuating element is pivotable using a hand lever connected to the shaft. The hand lever is formed from an attachment element connected to the shaft and an elongated handle element fastened on the attachment element. The handle element is fastenable at different positions on a front side of the attachment element. The front side of the attachment element is oriented perpendicularly to a main axial direction of the shaft.

Actuating device

A clamping device has a hollow shaft () rotatably mounted in a housing with a clamping element fastenable to the shaft and includes a lever arm () as part of a toggle lever mechanism. An intermediate element is articulated on both sides by the lever arm () and an axially movable final control element () of a drive element, respectively. An inner shaft (), connected to a hand lever (), is arranged in the hollow shaft (). The inner shaft has a pin element () that extends through a link guide () on the hollow shaft (). The inner shaft () can be operationally linked to the toggle lever mechanism. A spring element () tensions the inner shaft () against the hollow shaft () in the main axial direction. The spring element () is arranged in the interior of the hollow shaft ().

A clamping device has a top part () provided with an adjusting mechanism for a clamping arm that can be pivoted into a clamping position and an opening position on the top part (). A housing () carries the top part (). The housing has an inner region to receive a linearly mobile adjusting rod that is connected, at one end, to the adjusting mechanism () and to a drive, at the other end, arranged in the housing (). The housing () has an extruded hollow profiled element (). The inner region of the extruded element () has a uniform inner cross-section over its entire length.
