A shelf light () is provided as an LED linear light assembly () having a flexible LED linear light component (), with a series of LEDs mounted on printed circuit boards (PCB's) (). The light component () has a double channel () with an extended aluminum track. An LED PCB jacket () encloses the light component () and is of uniform thickness. Reflectance members () comprise a pair of members (), each having an elongated configuration and mounted on opposing sides of the light assembly (). Movement of the reflectance members () permits variation of apertures of reflectance, thus varying the light intensity and direction.

Display case lighting comprising a lens with integrally formed features on its interior to mechanically retain LED units therein, at least one LED unit comprising a base and diodes mechanically engaged with the integrally formed features of the lens, an electrical connector to connect the LED units to a power source, and at least one end cap, which preferably incorporates the electrical connector. Sealing implements including a boot seal to seal the electrical connection and a plug cover to cover any unused electrical connectors may be provided, as well as an adhesive to secure the end cover to the lens and seal the connection therebetween, rendering the lighting assembly suitable for use in wet or potentially explosive environments. The externally accessible components may also comprise materials approved for contact with food items.

A beverage container is provided for mounting to vehicles such as power boats, sailboats and recreational vehicles. The beverage container holder is adapted for mounting to support platforms on the vehicle which may be any suitable vehicle structure such as the armrest of a chair. The beverage container holder comprises a mounting ring which is first rigidly affixed to the support platform, and further comprises a cylindrical can having an upper circumferential rim which fits over the mounting ring and includes detents that positively lock the rim onto the mounting ring.

A light fixture is provided which includes an improved connector arrangement between a fixture housing and a lens therefor. The connector arrangement includes a pre-mounted plunger cartridge which includes a cartridge body that mounts to the fixture housing and a resiliently biased plunger which projects through the fixture housing wall into releasable locking engagement with the lens.

A lighted handle includes an elongate light transmitting member that has first and second end portions. First and second support surface engageable mounting brackets carry the first and second end portions of the light transmitting member. A narrow beam light emitter is located in the first mounting bracket and has a light beam emitting end. The light beam emitting end faces the adjacent first end portion of the light transmitting member and is aimed longitudinally along the light transmitting member to make the same more visible.

A light fixture for flush mounting against a ceiling wall includes a housing for securement in a wall hole and a light transmitting lens. The lens is flush with the wall and covers the entirety of the housing so that the housing is not viewable when installed. The outer edge of the lens is out of line of sight relation with the light source, but provides illumination through radial transmission of light outwardly from a central portion of the lens. Movable tongues supported at opposing sides of the housing and grooves formed in a skirt of the lens removably join the lens to the housing.

A lamp includes a housing for a light emitter, e.g. a halogen bulb. The housing has a primary light outlet adjacent its forward end, and a peripheral wall having a plurality of secondary light-emitting openings. A light transmitting ring fixed on the housing has fingers covering the second openings. A retaining ring fixes a lens at the primary opening and to the light transmitting ring.

A pedestal includes a base is releasably fixed to an elongate post. The base includes an annular flange and a central plateau which has a central opening. At least one tongue extends from the plateau into the opening. A rim protrudes from the flange and is spaced radially outboard of the plateau. A spider is fixed on the post end and has at least one radially outwardly extending leg. The post has a first circumferential position in which the leg is located in the base central opening circumferentially offset from the tongue. The post has a second circumferential position in which the leg snugly underlies and is axially trapped by the tongue. One of the tongue and the leg have a circumferentially extending ramp surface tightly camingly engaged with an opposed surface of the other of the tongue and the leg in the post second position. In the post second position, the leg axially tightly abuts the plateau and the tongue tightly abuts the opposed surface. An annular member is axially movable on the post. The member has a first axial position relatively distant from the spider and a second axial position adjacent a lateral plane of the spider and engaging the base in a ramp and opposing surface disengagement inhibiting relation.

A light assembly including a tray ( ) that is removably fitted in a housing ( ). The tray has two parallel, angled slots ( ). An LED ( ) is mounted to a circuit board ( ) so that its axis is angularly offset from the axis of the circuit board. When the light assembly is assembled, a side edge of the circuit board is seated in one of the tray slots. If a first one circuit board side edges is seated in a first slot, the LED has a first angular orientation relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing. Alternatively, the second circuit board side edges is seated in the second slot so that the LED has a second angular orientation relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing. This allows selective control the angular orientation of the emitted light beam relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing.
