A shipping carton adapted to hold sheet products in packages is provided. The shipping carton includes a carton having an internal compartment configured to hold packages of sheet products. The carton has a first pull tab and a second pull tab. A tear strip is connected to the first pull tab and it extends about an inner surface of an inner perimeter of the carton to connect to the second pull tab. The tear strip is configured such that when a user pulls as least one of the first and second pull tabs, the carton is separated into two separate containers. A shipping assembly and a method of using a shipping carton are also provided.

A multi-headed ink-jet system adapted to eject encapsulated liquids is provided, which includes a plurality of concentric piezoelectric members. Each concentric piezoelectric member has a chamber configured to carry a liquid therethrough, and each concentric piezoelectric member is in liquid communication with an exit port provided in a concentric orifice. When each concentric piezoelectric member is actuated, a liquid contained in its chamber is moved near or through the concentric orifice. The plurality of concentric piezoelectric members cooperate to control the ejection of liquids through the concentric orifice to permit one liquid to be encapsulated by another liquid to form an encapsulated droplet. Disposable dispensers for stacks of tissue products are provided that include one or more odor control agents and one or more means for containing and releasing the odor control agents. When the means for containing and releasing the odor control agents is activated the odor control agents are released into the surrounding environment. The odor control agents include fragrant materials, odor-absorbing materials and materials that yield chemically active vapors.

A nested rolled paper product is shown in which raised and depressed areas are formed in a sheet. The depressed areas may comprise square shapes, rounded shapes or other geometric shapes that are capable of aligning or nesting in registration when the sheet is rolled to form a reduced diameter rolled product. A high loft through air drying fabric is employed to imprint a high caliper pattern into the sheet in such a way as to nest raised portions, resulting in a more compact product having a minimized roll diameter. Grooves or channels in the sheet are capable of aligning as the sheet is rolled. The resulting rolled product may be toilet tissue, paper towels, or other similar paper products. The final rolled product achieves a minimum roll diameter for a fixed roll length.

The present invention encompasses a machine direction extensible noncalendered fibrous web produced by a transfer system of at least eight percent negative draw including a matrix of fibrous web material having a wet mullen burst at least about 10 percent greater than a convex transfer system produced web. In addition, the matrix of fibrous material has a wet mullen burst of at least about 74500 pascals. Moreover, the matrix of fibrous web material has a GMBL ranging from about 2047 to about 2704. Furthermore, the matrix of fibrous web material includes fibers, which may be selected from the group consisting of a bonded carded web, spunbonded web, meltblown fiber web, and multi-ply fibrous web. Moreover, the matrix of fibrous web material may have an elmendorf tear greater than about 66.5 centinewton. Also, the matrix of fibrous web material may have a tensile modulus of at least about 1544 gram per centimeter squared. Additionally, the matrix of fibrous web material may have greater strength at lower negative draw percent. Furthermore, the matrix of fibrous web material may have a greater machine direction toughness at about the same GMBL as a convex transfer produced web.

The present invention provides compressed paper webs that maintain a substantial amount of their absorptive capacity and wet strength when compressed. The compressed webs bounce back to a portion of their uncompressed state when wetted. The present compressed webs allow more towels to be added to a dispenser without substantially sacrificing the absorbent capacity or the strength of the towels.

A low density, wet-creped paper web having improved levels of tensile strength, tear strength and thickness. The web has a distribution of densified regions corresponding to the distribution of knuckles on a drying fabric. Generally speaking, these densified regions should be distributed so that the distance between at least a portion of the densified regions is less than or equal to the length of the longest fiber in the furnish (e.g., pulp fibers and/or other fibers) used to make the paper web. The wet-creped paper web is removed from a Yankee dryer at a dryness of between 45 and 65% and then passed to the after dryer section of a paper machine. An after dryer fabric is pressed into the wet base web to transfer the topography of the after dryer fabric to the web and to generate improved tensile strength, tear strength and thickness. The wet base web is pressed into the drying fabric utilizing a nip before the web is 70% dry. Once the wet base web initially contacts the drying fabric, it should remain on the drying fabric without any change in the registration between the wet base web and the drying fabric until the base web is at least about 80% dry.
