A linear power distribution outlet is generally presented. The power distribution outlet includes a housing having at least one side including an opening therein. An insert may be positioned within the housing and formed of an electrically insulating material. The insert may comprise a first slot, second slide and a dividing wall between the first and second slots. The first and second slots may be accessible through the opening in the housing. A first power distribution rail may extend along a length of the insert. The first power distribution rail may be positioned to be exposed to and accessible to the first slot. A second power distribution rail may extend along a length of the insert and may be positioned to be exposed to and accessible to the second slot. The first and second slots may be uniquely shaped and the first and second power distribution rails may be positioned to prevent reverse polarity connections.

Power distribution outlet

A mount adjustable end cap clamp lock used with an adjustable light source with one or both ends collared by a barrel-type end, which is rotatable within an end cap. The end cap has a mounting surface that works in conjunction with a fastener to secure the lighting system to an object. The clamp pad, which may extend beyond the mounting surface, is slidable relative to the end cap. When the fastener is tightened, the clamp pad slides relative to the end cap to press against the barrel to lock the barrel in angular position and secure the light source from rotating when the fastener is tightened to secure the lighting system to an object. The end cap in conjunction with the clamp pad serves a dual purpose.

A beverage container is provided for mounting to vehicles such as power boats, sailboats and recreational vehicles. The beverage container holder is adapted for mounting to support platforms on the vehicle which may be any suitable vehicle structure such as the armrest of a chair. The beverage container holder comprises a mounting ring which is first rigidly affixed to the support platform, and further comprises a cylindrical can having an upper circumferential rim which fits over the mounting ring and includes detents that positively lock the rim onto the mounting ring.

A light fixture is provided which includes an improved connector arrangement between a fixture housing and a lens therefor. The connector arrangement includes a pre-mounted plunger cartridge which includes a cartridge body that mounts to the fixture housing and a resiliently biased plunger which projects through the fixture housing wall into releasable locking engagement with the lens.

Combined beverage container holder and mounting ring

A lighted handle includes an elongate light transmitting member that has first and second end portions. First and second support surface engageable mounting brackets carry the first and second end portions of the light transmitting member. A narrow beam light emitter is located in the first mounting bracket and has a light beam emitting end. The light beam emitting end faces the adjacent first end portion of the light transmitting member and is aimed longitudinally along the light transmitting member to make the same more visible.

Lighted handle

A light fixture for flush mounting against a ceiling wall includes a housing for securement in a wall hole and a light transmitting lens. The lens is flush with the wall and covers the entirety of the housing so that the housing is not viewable when installed. The outer edge of the lens is out of line of sight relation with the light source, but provides illumination through radial transmission of light outwardly from a central portion of the lens. Movable tongues supported at opposing sides of the housing and grooves formed in a skirt of the lens removably join the lens to the housing.

A lamp includes a housing for a light emitter, e.g. a halogen bulb. The housing has a primary light outlet adjacent its forward end, and a peripheral wall having a plurality of secondary light-emitting openings. A light transmitting ring fixed on the housing has fingers covering the second openings. A retaining ring fixes a lens at the primary opening and to the light transmitting ring.

A pedestal includes a base is releasably fixed to an elongate post. The base includes an annular flange and a central plateau which has a central opening. At least one tongue extends from the plateau into the opening. A rim protrudes from the flange and is spaced radially outboard of the plateau. A spider is fixed on the post end and has at least one radially outwardly extending leg. The post has a first circumferential position in which the leg is located in the base central opening circumferentially offset from the tongue. The post has a second circumferential position in which the leg snugly underlies and is axially trapped by the tongue. One of the tongue and the leg have a circumferentially extending ramp surface tightly camingly engaged with an opposed surface of the other of the tongue and the leg in the post second position. In the post second position, the leg axially tightly abuts the plateau and the tongue tightly abuts the opposed surface. An annular member is axially movable on the post. The member has a first axial position relatively distant from the spider and a second axial position adjacent a lateral plane of the spider and engaging the base in a ramp and opposing surface disengagement inhibiting relation.

A light assembly including a tray ( ) that is removably fitted in a housing ( ). The tray has two parallel, angled slots ( ). An LED ( ) is mounted to a circuit board ( ) so that its axis is angularly offset from the axis of the circuit board. When the light assembly is assembled, a side edge of the circuit board is seated in one of the tray slots. If a first one circuit board side edges is seated in a first slot, the LED has a first angular orientation relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing. Alternatively, the second circuit board side edges is seated in the second slot so that the LED has a second angular orientation relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing. This allows selective control the angular orientation of the emitted light beam relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing.
