System and method for payments in financial instrument's trade

Orthotic devices for providing arch support for the foot are disclosed. The orthotic device includes a base member, an arch support portion, and a covering for coupling the arch support portion to the base member. A method of providing continuous contact with the plantar surface of the foot during all phases of the gait cycle is also disclosed. In addition, methods of assembling and using the orthotic device are also disclosed.

Orthotic arch support device and method of use

A golf swing stance trainer has a hub and a central telescoping arm connected to the hub. Side telescoping arms are connected to the hub for swinging outward to positions perpendicular to the central arm. The hub has ground-engaging cleats on a lower surface. The central arm is selectively extended outward for position with respect to a ball position. The side arms are selectively extended outward to indicate desired foot positions. The central arm has an extension with a pivot for sliding outward from the central arm for training position and direction of a golf ball and direction and extent of a swing. Arm extensions are related to an individual user and club selection. The arms are telescoped inward and the side arms are swung inward for carrying. The hub includes a hinge rod with a central receive through which a connected on the central arm slides.

Golf stance trainer

A golf swing stance trainer has a hub and a central telescoping arm connected to the hub. Side telescoping arms are connected to the hub for swinging outward to positions perpendicular to the central arm. The hub has ground-engaging cleats on a lower surface. The central arm is selectively extended outward for position with respect to a ball position. The side arms are selectively extended outward to indicate desired foot positions. Arm extensions are related to an individual user and club selection. The arms are telescoped inward and the side arms are swung inward for carrying. The hub includes a hinge rod with a central receive through which a connected on the central arm slides. The hinge rod has slots and holes through the slots at opposite ends. Side arm ends have complementary holes. Pins or screws extend through the holes, and washers allow turning the arms on the pins.

An energy generator comprising a generally flat and partially flexible traffic surface on which pedestrians and traffic may pass. Underneath the traffic surface, a plurality of dynamo cells each have a dynamo therein, each dynamo having two electricity generating elements (magnets, coils, etc) and an operative electrical connection to an electrical load such as a battery, capacitor, light, an electrical network or the like. A first electrical generating element in each dynamo may be disposed so that it moves downward when weight from traffic is applied to the traffic surface, while a second electricity generating element remains stationary, supported by the bottom surface of the energy generator. A spring and bottom support may urge the first (moving) element back upwards when the imposed force is released.

A multidimensional and easily adjusted container may be created from a single sheet container template having a plurality of horizontal and vertical fold lines and perforation lines extending along portions of the fold lines. A large number of containers having a variety of dimensions may be created by using indicia such as numbering of the fold lines and perforation lines, instructions and so on to indicate to users how to fold the box into various sizes and shapes. A unit dimension of the separation of the parallel lines may provide a regular grid of lines, or the separation distance between parallel lines may be a multiple of the unit distance. Different multiples of the unit distance may be used on a single container template, and the unit distance may be different for the horizontal and vertical fold lines.

An ocular mounting assembly for adjustably mounting a pair of ocular devices, such as telemicroscopic loupes, to an eyeglass frame or head mount with linear and rotational adjustments, but with view angle being permanently preset in accordance with working distance. The ocular mounting assembly includes an adjustable ocular support assembly and an adjustable clamp assembly rotatably attached to the ocular support assembly. The ocular mounting assembly includes a housing and two slidable mounting arms to which the ocular devices are attached, the transverse cross-sectional shape of the housing interior and mounting arms being such that substantially all of the volume of the housing interior is consumed apart from close tolerances to facilitate the sliding motion, thus resulting in a structure which cooperates to assist in providing a substantially rigid assembly.

Ocular mounting assembly

A multipurpose adjustable single sheet container for storing and shipping various sizes and shapes of items. The single sheet container is characterized by having end flaps that can be either cut or folded, at the option of the user, for enclosing the ends of the container. The container has vertical fold lines which allow the user of the container to adjust the length and the width of the container for forming different geometric shapes. The container includes a plurality of side panels. Opposite sides of the side panels are divided by vertical fold lines. Opposite ends of the side panels include upper horizontal fold lines and lower horizontal fold lines. The upper horizontal fold lines divide the side panels from a plurality of upper flaps. The lower horizontal fold lines divide the side panels from a plurality of lower flaps. Opposite sides of the upper and lower flaps are divided by vertical perforated lines. When a length of the vertical perforated lines is cut, the flaps can be folded inward when enclosing the opposite ends of the container. The upper and lower flaps also include &ldquo;X&rdquo; shaped diagonal fold lines. When a length of the diagonal fold lines is folded, the flaps can be folded inward providing an alternate way of enclosing the opposite ends of the container.

A blank sheet of foldable material has vertical fold lines and horizontal fold lines defined thereon and a tab for forming the blank into a closed shape. By creasing or folding the container along the pre-formed horizontal and vertical fold lines, containers of various shapes may be formed.

A rear view mirror for an automotive vehicle includes a universally mounted mirror system having a flat mirror component and a convex mirror component which are uniquely combined in several embodiments to enhance the rear view vision of an operator of the vehicle. In one embodiment, the convex mirror is pivotally positioned in overlying relationship with the flat mirror portion and adjustable laterally relative to the flat mirror portion. In another embodiment, the flat and convex mirror portions are contiguous in a horizontal direction while in a third embodiment the flat and convex mirror portions are horizontally aligned with the convex portion being universally mounted for adjustment relative to the flat mirrored portion.

Rear view mirror for automotive vehicle

A compact, lightweight illumination system for producing a uniform, intense, and adjustable light beam. The illumination assembly may be easily mounted upon the head of a user, either on a headband or a spectacle frame. The illumination system includes a unique optical subassembly consisting of a low pass heat filter, a low scatter angle diffuser, and a compound projection/focussing lens sandwiched together and disposed along an optical axis. The optical subassembly may be used in conjunction with a conventional filament lamp illumination source to produce a readily adjustable, yet uniform and intense, beam of light.

Head-mounted lighting assembly

An ocular mounting assembly for adjustably mounting a pair of ocular devices, such as telemicroscopic loupes, to an eyeglass frame or head mount with linear and rotational adjustments through five degrees of freedom. The ocular mounting assembly includes an adjustable ocular support assembly and an adjustable clamp assembly rotatably attached to the ocular support assembly. The ocular support assembly provides interpupillary distance, convergence angle and view direction adjustment of the ocular devices, which are rotatably attached to the support assembly. The adjustable clamp assembly provides height and view angle adjustment of the ocular devices and allows the ocular devices to be flipped up out of the way when not needed. The height adjustment in conjunction with the view angle adjustment allows the line of sight to be adjusted while the ocular devices are positioned close to the eye or eyeglass lens.
