A device for handling notes of value includes first, second and third modules. The third module has a first guiding element and at least a second guiding element for guiding the notes of value. The first guiding element has at least a first magnet or a ferromagnetic material. The first magnet and a second magnet or the first magnet and the ferromagnetic material are arranged opposite to each other at least in an operating state, an attractive force acting between the first magnet and the second magnet or the first magnet and the ferromagnetic material.

Device for handling notes of value

The invention relates to a device for cancelling notes of value, comprising a transport unit for transport of the notes of value, and a printing unit having a print head for imprinting a printing area of a note of value located on a print side. Further, the device comprises a sorting gate for diverting notes of value between three transport paths, and a control unit for controlling the sorting gate. The device further comprises a sensor unit for determination of the orientation of a note of value, and an intermediate storage for intermediate storage of notes of value, wherein a second transport path connects the sorting gate with the intermediate storage, and a third transport path connects the sorting gate with the printing unit.

The invention concerns a method for separating a stack of notes of value, in which the stack of notes of value is arranged in a separating position. Subsequently, a withdrawal element is driven such that it transports at least one marginal note of value of the stack of notes of value in a separating direction in the direction of a separating gap formed between a transport element and a counter run element. Also the transport element is driven such that it transports the note of value further in the separating direction. By means of a sensor unit arranged downstream of the separating gap the number of the notes of value withdrawn and transported through the separating gap is determined. The withdrawal element, the transport element and/or the counter run element are controlled depending on this determined number of notes of value withdrawn.

The invention relates to a device () for dispensing notes of value () comprising a dispensing unit () for dispensing a stack of notes of value () and a supply transport arrangement () for individually supplying the notes of value () to be dispensed to a collecting unit () for collecting and stacking the notes of value (). The collecting unit () comprises a stacking unit () and a support element () that is stationarily arranged, wherein the stacking unit () stacks the notes of value () onto the support element () to the stack of notes of value (). Further, the collecting unit () comprises a press-on element () that is stationarily arranged and that can be swiveled and that during stacking the notes of value is arranged in a swiveled-away position, and for dispensing the stack of notes of value is arranged in a swiveled-on position.

A device for handling notes of value including a transport unit for transport of the notes of value in a transport direction along a transport path, and an aligning unit for alignment of the notes of value. The device further includes a sensor arranged upstream of the aligning unit for determining at least one feature of the notes of value, and a control unit that controls the aligning unit such that the aligning unit aligns each note of value depending on the determined expression of the feature of the note of value in a preset first target alignment or at least in a preset second target alignment that is different from the first target alignment.

A device for the delivery or receipt of individual sheets (), comprises a parallelepiped container (), in which the individual sheets () are stored in the form of a sheet stack () and are pressed against the container wall parallel to a stack end face (), by means of a platen device (), which comprises a rectangular through opening () with first edges with a mutual separation at least the same as a first edge length of the individual sheets () and with second edges (), the mutual separation of which is smaller than the other edge length of the individual sheets, a sheet transport (), operating in the through opening () and contacting with the stack end face () for transport of an individual sheet (), parallel to the stack end face () and perpendicular to the second edges (), two transport rollers () arranged with axes () parallel to the stack end face () and to the second edges (), forming a roller gap for gripping an individual sheet (). One of said transport rollers () is arranged close to one of the second edges (), such as to&#x2014;viewed perpendicular to the stack end face () lie at least partly within the through opening (). The invention further comprises a drive means () for driving the sheet transport () and the transport rollers ().

In the case of a dispensing unit for dispensing individual sheets, in particular banknotes, having a box-like container for accommodating a sheet stack, which can be moved with a stack end surface in the direction of the front end wall of the container, having an accommodating module for accommodating the container, and having a withdrawal device for withdrawing individual sheets from the stack end surface through a dispensing opening of the container, the withdrawl device having a drivable withdrawal roll, which is intended for butting against the stack end surface, a transporting roll, which is arranged parallel to the withdrawal roll and can be driven in the same direction as the latter, and a counter-rotating roll, which is assigned to the transporting roll, can be driven in the opposite direction to the latter and forms a nip with the transporting roll, at least the withdrawal roll is arranged within the container.

Dispensing unit for dispensing single sheets

In a printer for printing on individual printing media such as receipts, savings books and the like, a control shaft activated by the printer control system has a plurality of control cams for activation of a transport device, a printing medium alignment means, and a printing medium stop, the cams being designed such that the activation zone of the alignment means and of the printing medium stop are located substantially in the deactivation zone of the transport device.
