The invention concerns compounds of the formula (I) wherein the substituents are as defined in the text for use in the production of an anti proliferative effect which effect is produced alone or in part by inhibiting erbB2 receptor tyrosine kinase in a warm blooded animal such as man. 

Pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine compounds as antitumor agents

A quinazoline derivative of the Formula I: 

4-(1H-indazol-5-yl-amino)-quinazoline compounds as erbB receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors for the treatment of cancer

A compound of formula (I) where one of A, Aor Ais N, and the others are independently selected from CH or N; ring B is a fused 5 or 6-membered carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring which is optionally substituted as defined in the specification, and R, R, R, R, and n are as defined in the specification. The compounds are inhibitors of EphB4 or EphA2 and therefore may be useful in pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of conditions such as cancer.
