A splice enclosure for providing a space for receipt of a plurality of spliced optical fibers of a plurality of cables may include a cabinet including a rear wall, a first side wall coupled to the rear wall, and a second side wall coupled to the rear wall. The cabinet may also include a lower wall coupled to the first side wall, the second side wall, and/or the rear wall. The splice enclosure may further include a splice tray assembly, which may include a splice tray housing pivotally coupled to the cabinet, and a plurality of splice trays pivotally coupled to the splice tray housing and configured to provide a space for receipt of a plurality of spliced optical fibers of a plurality of cables. The splice tray housing may be pivotally coupled to the cabinet, such that the splice tray housing pivots.

A fiber terminal rack mount with front-to-back fiber routing management is disclosed herein. The terminal rack mount is configured to be mounted in a remote terminal to facilitate fiber management of fiber optic cables routed from fiber optic equipment. In exemplary aspects disclosed herein, the fiber terminal rack mount comprises two vertically oriented panels with a plurality of horizontally oriented shelves positioned therebetween. The panels are configured to mount to vertical rails of a remote terminal cabinet of the fiber terminal. The panels and shelves also define routing channels for routing fiber optic cables therethrough, thereby facilitating front-to-back fiber routing between fiber optic equipment mounted in the fiber terminal. In this manner, as an example, the fiber terminal rack mount may more easily support fiber routing between back-to-back mounted fiber optic equipment, which may increase as fiber optic connectivity density increases.

Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to a fiber optic spool drawer with a translatable and/or removable drawer for deployment of fiber optic cable. In exemplary aspects disclosed herein, the fiber optic spool drawer includes a housing with a translatable drawer and a rotatable spool disposed within an interior area of the housing. The translatable drawer includes a selective locking mechanism and is bidirectionally translatable within and bidirectionally removable from the housing. The rotatable spool is mounted to the translatable drawer and configured to rotate to deploy fiber optic cable. Still further, the fiber optic deployment assembly also includes front and back routing guides to manage and prevent damage to the fiber optic cables deployed. Accordingly, as an example, the fiber optic spool drawer may facilitate easy, efficient, and versatile fiber routing while preventing damage to the fiber optic cable.

A connector block having an alarm-isolation circuit includes a first alarm input terminal, a second alarm input terminal, a first alarm output terminal, a second alarm output terminal, and at least one diode. The first and second alarm input terminals are operable for electrical connection with a two-wire alarm input. The first and second alarm output terminals are electrically connected respectively to the first and second alarm input terminals. The at least one diode is electrically connected between the first alarm input terminal and a first alarm output terminal, thereby forming a portion of the alarm-isolation circuit. The one alarm-isolation circuit is capable of forwarding an electrical signal to a remote location. In other embodiments, a diode is used between each alarm input terminal and alarm output terminal, thereby inhibiting feedback among the alarm output terminals and the associated alarm input terminal.
