Compositions, methods, and processes are used in topical applications for human or animal skin. A combination of five (5) active ingredients: caffeine, trehalose, asparagus extract, ceramide 2 (2%) and a resurrection plant,, extract are used in a topical formulation, such as a cream, lotion, spray or gel to boost or activate autophagy, the body's innate processes for repairing cell damage. The five active ingredients are combined in different formulations to provide at least six (6) products for topical application, including, but not limited to, a cleanser, a spray essence, a day cream, a night cream, a serum and a booster. The five (5) active ingredients provide a unique biological composition, hereinafter called, 'autophagy activating complex,' that changes the way skin ages, restores and renews radiance.

Autophagy activating complex, compositions and methods

Antibodies specific for human Beclin 1 protein phosphorylated Ser234, Ser295, Tyr229, Tyr233 or Try352 are useful in diagnosing diseases such as cancer and impaired autophagy. The invention further relates to human Beclin 1 mutated at Ser234, Ser295, Tyr229, Tyr233 or Try352 with a phospho-silencing residue and uses thereof.

A golf swing training device to aid a golfer in keeping their wrists in a proper position throughout a golf swing includes a golf club grip clip, an adjustable spacer rod, and a wrist strap. The wrist strap includes an adjustable and securable fabric strap which engages the golfer's wrist. The wrist strap is affixed to the length adjustable spacer rod which is in turn attached to the grip clip. The grip clip engages the grip end of the golf club such that the golfer's wrists are confined to a predetermined distance and angle during a golf swing for purposes of training. The device may be used singularly or as a pair, if desired, to allow for simultaneous training of both wrists.
