A breathing mask arrangement includes a mask frame, a sealing structure provided to the mask frame and adapted to form a seal with a patient's face, and a forehead support device movably mounted to the mask frame for adjustable movement with respect to the mask frame. The sealing structure is movably mounted to the mask frame for adjustable movement with respect to the mask frame, and the adjustable movement of the sealing structure is independent of the adjustable movement of the forehead support device.

Application device for a breathing mask arrangement

An apparatus for supplying a respiratory gas to a patient within the scope of the diagnosis and/or the treatment of sleep-related breathing disorders includes an electronic signal processing device for generating a pressure control signal on the basis of indicative signals relating to the breathing activity and/or the physiological state of a person. The right and left arm elements are each provided with a contact portion for bearing against a right and a left forehead zone respectively of a mask user. The holding portion, the right arm element, and left arm element can be pivoted with respect to the base portion about the respective first, second, and third pivot axes.
