The invention relates to an impregnation device for trickle impregnation of a stator of an electric machine with a synthetic resin which cures under an increase in temperature, the stator having a hollow cylindrical stator core and at least one winding, a drive shaft being arranged coaxially inside the stator and being drivable by a drive motor, at least one holding device being arranged on the drive shaft, by means of which holding device the stator can be detachably connected to the drive shaft.

Impregnation device for trickle impregnation of a stator of an electric machine

The invention relates to a method and a heating device () for inductively heating a stator () or armature () of an electric machine, in particular before and during trickle impregnation thereof. In addition, the invention relates to an impregnating device () in which this heating device () is integrated. According to the invention, it is provided that the heating takes place inductively by electromagnetic fields of different frequencies. For this purpose, it is provided in the case of the heating device () that it has at least one electromagnetic inductor () which is disposed coaxially or axially parallel with respect to the longitudinal axis () of the stator () or armature () and which inductively heats said stator or armature, and that the at least one inductor () is designed to generate at least two electromagnetic fields of different frequencies.

Method and device for inductively heating a stator or armature of an electric machine

A method for trickle impregnation of a stator or armature of an electric machine with a synthetic resin curing under temperature increase comprises heating the stator or the armature from an initial temperature to a trickle temperature range of the synthetic resin; keeping constant the temperature in the trickle temperature range and introducing the synthetic resin into the stator or the armature; heating the stator or the armature to a curing temperature range; keeping constant the temperature of the stator or the armature in the curing temperature range and setting and curing the synthetic resin to a duroplast; and cooling down the stator or the armature. The trickle temperature range has lower temperatures than the curing temperature range. The method includes inductively heating the stator or the armature. The stator or the armature may be disposed in an impregnation device.

Method for trickle impregnation of the stator or armature of an electric machine

The invention relates to an impregnation device () for trickle impregnation of a stator () or armature of an electric machine with a synthetic resin () curing under temperature increase, comprising a holding device () which can be tilted vertically relative to the horizontal () and to which a drive motor () is attached as a rotary drive for the stator () or the armature, a drive shaft () operatively connected to the drive motor (), a clamping device () which is non-rotatably connected to the drive shaft () and capable of detachably connecting the stator () or the armature to the drive shaft (), a trickle device () capable of applying a synthetic resin () onto at least one axial end of the windings () of the stator () or the armature, and a heating device capable of heating the windings () of the stator () or the armature to a trickle temperature and to a comparatively higher curing temperature. The heating device according to the invention comprises an electromagnetic inductor () which is arranged coaxially or axially parallel to the stator () or the armature. The invention also relates to a production plant () for the trickle impregnation of a stator () or armature, in which this impregnation device () is integrated.

Device for the trickle impregnation of a stator or armature of an electric machine

A process and system exists for temperature control and testing of modules, such as printed circuit boards, with fitted electronic, electromechanical and mechanical components or individual components, wherein the modules are subjected, following assembly in a soldering process and when the solder joints are still in a semi-molten state, to one or more test phases at high and low temperature, in order to detect defects at an early stage and to take immediate corrective measures when errors occur. To this end, in a first test phase the modules are cooled, as they emerge from the soldering process, to a temperature ranging from 40.degree. to 125.degree. C. and tested in a first test phase. Thereafter, in a second test phase the modules are cooled to a temperature ranging from -40.degree. to 10.degree. C. and tested. In the respective test phase the modules are subjected to a component and/or function test in order to determine defective modules. Modules that are found to be faultless are then fed to a dispenser, whereas defective modules are sorted out from the path to the dispenser and an error message is sent. To improve the error inspection, the modules are provided with a digital code that can be read prior to the respective test phase, so that management of defective and faultless modules is possible with digital computers.
