A method includes receiving, by a computing device, determining, by a computing device, a location of a user device; retrieving, by the computing device, public information from public sources using the location of the user device; providing, by the computing device, the public information to the user device; locating, by the computing device, environment devices within an environment of the user device using the location of the user device; collecting, by the computing device, data from the environment devices; determining, by the computing device, whether obstacles are present in the user environment using the collected data and the public information; and providing, by the computing device, alerts to the user device about the obstacles.

Environment sharing

Methods that can merge storage network protocols and/or system protocols are provided. One method includes assigning a unique identifier to each of a plurality of nodes in a storage network in which at least two nodes of the plurality of nodes implement a different storage protocol. The method further includes utilizing the unique identifier of the at least two nodes of the plurality of nodes to enable the at least two nodes to communicate with each other. Systems and apparatus that can include, perform, and/or implement the methods are also provided.

Merging storage protocols

Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for computer networks infrastructure automatic convergence. The network devices are enabled to communicate with other adjacent network devices, independently of the device type, about detected changes that could affect them and together generate consensus utilizing a blockchain mechanism about the configuration changes that are accepted. A priority table specifies a priority for various device classes on a network. The devices, in response to a new network topology, determine if a new device configuration is necessary. When a new device configuration is necessary, data corresponding to the new device configuration is put into a blockchain block and appended to a network blockchain that is maintained by one or more nodes (devices) on the network. In this way, an immutable history of network configurations is maintained, improving network security and reliability.

System and method for network infrastructure analysis and convergence

A method of transmitting an electronic message may include identifying a first bit in a data message to be transmitted. The first bit may have a binary value. The method may also include transmitting, in response to the identifying, a first signal corresponding to the binary value over a second message channel. The method may also include transmitting, in response to the identifying, a second signal corresponding to the inverse of the binary value.

Mitigation of electromagnetic interference in electronic communication

A fiber optic light intensity encryption method is provided. The method includes determining light intensities associated with multi-frequency light pulses emitted by a laser transmitter apparatus in response to an encryptions process. An encryption type for application of an encryption algorithm to each light intensity is determined and a first light intensity associated with a first light pulse is selected. Data indicating results of the random selection is transmitted to the laser transmitter apparatus and an initial security key is transmitted over a signaling channel of the laser transmitter apparatus. The signaling channel is secured based on the initial security key resulting in a secure signaling channel. In response, a secure bundle comprising said the secure signaling channel and an additional group of channels is generated and the data is transmitted via the secure bundle.

Fiber optic light intensity encryption

A bandwidth throttling method is provided. The method includes receiving by a receiver from a QD Vcel cannon, a plurality of multi-frequency light pulses via a plurality of channels. The receiver determines that the plurality of multi-frequency light pulses comprises an out of band (OOB) signal transmitted over a first channel of the plurality of channels. The receiver receives from a first laser device of the QD Vcel cannon, a first light pulse of the plurality of multi-frequency light pulses. The first light pulse includes a first frequency for testing a visibility of the first light pulse at the receiver. The receiver determines if the first light pulse is visible at the receiver.

Bandwidth throttling

Aspects receive different instances of reception data from different respective wireless communication receivers that include broadcast data packets broadcast from a mobile device, geographic locations of the communication receivers and times of reception of the broadcast data packet by the respective receivers. Each broadcast data packet includes a time of broadcast by the mobile device and a unique identifier of the mobile device. Aspects determine a geographic location of the mobile device at the time of broadcast of the data packets as a function of triangulating to the geographic locations of the different communication receivers; and/or of determining a Doppler shift in frequency transmission data of an instance of reception of a first data packet relative to frequency transmission data of another instance of reception of another, second data packet transmission broadcast at a different time than the first data packet.

Geographic locator responsive to data packet attributes

A fiber optic encryption method is provided. The method includes transmitting an initial security key to a laser receiver apparatus over an out of band (OOB) signaling channel of a plurality of channels of a laser transmitter apparatus. The OOB signaling channel is secured based on the initial security key resulting in a secure OOB signaling channel. A secure bundle is generated. The secure bundle includes the secure OOB signaling channel and a group of channels and associated transmission frequencies. Data is transmitted via the secure bundle and it is determined if any channels do not transmit the data.

Fiber optic encryption

An optical storage device utilizing quantum silos includes a multiplicity of quantum silos in a substrate. Each silo includes one or more quantum dots and a multiplicity of crystals of an orthogonal shape surrounding a quantum dot. The crystals are positioned in an array at each corner, a set of mirrors are positioned at remaining cells of a perimeter of the array and an orthogonally shaped crystal surrounding a quantum dot is positioned at an interior cell. A set of receivers surrounds each silo and points inwardly towards the perimeter. A storage layer is formed by a matrix of the silos with alternate matrix cells marking a position of a corresponding silo and remaining cells transporting data from the silos. A reading and a writing layer are sandwiched beneath the storage layer and multiple sandwiched layers are stacked to form a storage unit with an igniter layer disposed therebetween.
