The field game is played using the following game components: a first and second set of game balls, first and second sets of shorter game towers, first and second taller game towers and first and second ball-striking mallets, with such first and second game components bearing separate indicia for identifying them as the components of first and second teams, respectively. Boundaries for game play on a playing surface are established by using spaced apart markers and spaced apart taller game towers. The remaining game components are then disposed within those boundaries and play is begun by teams taking alternative turns at striking their own balls, while attempting to contact the balls of the opposing team or the towers of the opposing team, to knock those towers over.

The present invention relates to a method of playing a game of chance and entertainment, which incorporates an element of risk by rewarding a player for corresponding master and score value designations. One embodiment of the method of the present invention is played by at least one player. This embodiment is played with one master die and a plurality of scoring dice. The master die has a plurality of master sides, each master side bearing a master value designation thereon. Each scoring die has a plurality of scoring sides, with each scoring side of each scoring die bearing a score value designation corresponding to one of the master value designations. In a turn, the player shakes the master die and the plurality of scoring dice to obtain an upwardly facing master side and a plurality of upwardly facing scoring sides. The player's shake score is then calculated based on the number of upwardly facing scoring sides with score value designations which correspond to the master value designation on the upwardly facing master side.

Method for playing a game

The present invention relates to a game apparatus for playing a game of chance and entertainment. The game apparatus comprises a plurality of dice-like playing pieces and a container having a top and a bottom. The bottom of the container is formed in a cup shape for use in shaking and casting the playing pieces upon a playing surface. The top of the container has a plurality of recesses, each recess being formed to retain at least one of the playing pieces during play. The top of the container is selectively secured upon the bottom of the container to form a sealed chamber for storing the playing pieces when not playing the game.

A game apparatus for playing a lawn game of entertainment comprises a plurality of generally upright targets, a plurality of balls, and a plurality of mallets for striking the balls. In addition, a plurality of boundary stakes are used to establish the boundaries of play on a playing surface. Each target has a base and an elongated upright, with the base being positioned on the playing surface or lawn and the upright formed to be retained slidably in a generally vertical position on an upwardly extending portion of the base. Preferably, each player of the game has three balls and a mallet, which is used for striking the balls to selectively advance each ball across the playing surface and into contact with selected uprights. Each upright is retained slidably on its base to normally be maintained against tipping, but when a ball contacts the upright with sufficient force, the upright tips and slides off of the base onto the playing surface.
