One or more frac distribution towers are positioned on a well pad and receive high pressure frac fluid from a remote source including one or more pumps. The tower has an inlet and multiple outlets, each outlet having a valve to selectively supply frac fluid to one or more wells. The inlet and the outlets each have a centerline, and the outlets may all be located on the same side of a plane defined by the centerline of the frac distribution tower and the centerline of the inlet. Outlet valves may be oriented horizontally, vertically, or angularly between horizontal and vertical. The inlet and the outlets may have the same size and pressure rating, or the outlets may have a smaller size than the inlet, such that multiple wells may be fracked simultaneously. More than one frac distribution tower may be positioned on a well pad and connected to each other using a tee fitting so as to provide high pressure frac fluid to each tower, and from each tower to one or more frac trees on multiple wells.

A wellhead assembly is provided including a casing and a tubular member mounted over the casing. A flange extends from the tubular member. A generally elongated annular member is provided in the tubular member. The generally elongated annular member has a first end portion above the tubular member and second end portion below the first end portion. A hanger may be suspended within the tubular member. In such case, a seal may be formed between the elongate annular member and the hanger.

Wellhead isolation tool and wellhead assembly incorporating the same

A quick connector fitting assembly is provided which includes a fitting which releasably connects to a well casing for providing an interface for the attachment of various types of well related equipment. The quick connector fitting connects using fasteners to a lip or groove formed on the casing. The fasteners can easily connect or disconnect from the groove or lip facilitating the quick connection and disconnection of the fitting from the casing.

Drilling quick connectors

A wellhead assembly is provided including a casing and a tubular member mounted over the casing. A flange extends from the tubular member. A generally elongated annular member is provided in the tubular member. The generally elongated annular member has a first end portion above the tubular member and second end portion below the first end portion. A seal is formed between the second end portion and the tubular member. A hanger may be suspended within the tubular member. In such case, a seal may be formed between the elongate annular member and the hanger.

Wellhead isolation tool and method of fracturing a well

A wellhead assembly is provided including a first tubular member, a hanger mounted within the first tubular member and an annular member coupled to the outer surface of the hanger. The assembly also includes a second tubular member mounted to the annular member and surrounding a portion of the hanger. A method is also provided for fracturing a well requiring coupling a tubing mandrel hanger to a casing, the hanger having a central bore, coupling an annular nut on a portion of the outer surface of the hanger, mounting a tubular member having a flange over the hanger and on the flange, and applying fluids though the bore formed though the hanger for fracturing the well.

A wellhead isolation tool and a wellhead assembly incorporating such a tool are provided. The wellhead assembly has an annular assembly coupled to a well. The annular assembly may include a casing head coupled to the well and a tubing head mounted over the casing head. The wellhead isolation tool is suspended in the annular assembly. The wellhead isolation tool has a first end portion extending above the annular assembly and a second end portion below the first end portion within the annular assembly. A production casing suspended in the annular assembly and is aligned with the wellhead isolation tool.

A mandrel rotator is provided is mounted in a housing for coupling to a well casing head. The mandrel rotator comprises of an annular gear having external gear teeth and an axial opening. The annular gear is coupled to a mandrel outer surface, such that rotation of the annular gear causes rotation of the mandrel. A retainer limits or prevents axial movement of gear within the housing. A second gear is coupled to the annular gear for rotating the annular gear.

Well tubing rotator

This invention relates to a two-piece drilling flange which allows for the full engagement of a conventional casing head external thread (8-round thread) reducing thread wear. The two-piece drilling flange incorporates a flange-bushing piece and a drilling-flange piece. The flange-bushing piece is hand tightened on the 8-round thread so that the casing head end face protrudes beyond the bushing. The drilling-flange piece is threaded onto the flange-bushing piece until a highly reliable elastomeric radial seal makes tight contact with the casing head end face. The drilling-flange piece is then further tightened, exerting an upward force on the flange-bushing piece, ensuring the full engagement of the casing head 8-round thread by the flange-bushing piece internal thread. This tight thread fit reduces thread wear by preventing destructive movement between the threads, especially during the highly vibrating drilling process.
