The present invention discloses a poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition, comprising the following components: a. poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate); and b. an alkane, which is at least one selected from the group consisting of hexadecane, heptadecane, octadecane, nonadecane and eicosane; wherein a weight content of the alkane is 5 ppm-1000 ppm based on a total weight of the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition. The present invention controls the content of alkane in the composition within a range of 5 ppm-1000 ppm by adding an alkane, which not only enables the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin to have obviously improved blow molding properties, a film thickness range of less than 0.3 &#x3bc;m, and a relative deviation of film thickness of less than 2.0%, thereby guaranteeing a bubble stability and a continuity of blow molding, but also enables the film material to prevent the ink from stripping off the film material, and to prevent excessive ink from adhering to the film material in the printing process, so that the film shows excellent printing performance.

Poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition

The present invention discloses a PBS resin composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises: a. PBS resin; b. element titanium; c. element phosphorus, wherein a weight ratio range of titanium to phosphorus is 0.6-10:1, preferably 0.7-4:1, and more preferably 1.25-1.5:1. A weight content of the element titanium is 20-200 ppm, and a weight content of the element phosphorus is 15-70 ppm. By adding a titanium-containing compound and a phosphorus-containing compound and controlling the range of the weight ratio of the element titanium to the element phosphorus in the PBS resin composition to be 0.6-10:1, the present invention obtains a PBS resin composition. After treating in a 95&#xb0; C.-distilled water bath for 12 hours and drying at 90&#xb0; C. for 3 hours, a change of the melt flow index of the PBS resin composition is less than 50.0 g/10 min, and the PBS resin composition possesses an obviously improved hydrolysis property.

PBS resin composition and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a PBAT resin composition comprising: (a) Poly (butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate); (b) a cyclic esterified product having a structure represented by the formula (I)  Wherein the content by weight of the cyclic esterified product is from 10 ppm to 2000 ppm, based on the total weight of the PBAT resin composition. In the present invention, the service life of the PBAT resin composition can be greatly extended by adding cyclic esterified product in the PBAT resin composition and controlling the content of the cyclic esterified product in the composition in the range of 10 ppm to 2000 ppm. And after boiled for 240 hours in 95% ethanol at 40&#xb0; C., the film produced from blowing or the articles produced from injection have less surface precipitates, with excellent surface appearance properties.

Composition of PBAT resin

The present invention discloses a PBAT resin composition comprising following components: (a) poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate); (b) iron element; wherein, based on a total weight of the PBAT resin composition, a weight content of the iron element is 1 ppm-500 ppm. By adding iron-containing compounds into the composition and controlling the content of the iron element in a range of 1 ppm-500 ppm in the composition, a speed of reaction of aromatic structure in the PBAT resin under a hot and humid condition can be postponed, so that after the prepared PBAT resin composition is aged in boiling water for 24 hours and 48 hours, a variation of b-value is less than 2. The PBAT resin composition has obviously improved color stability in resistance to boiling water aging.

A biodegradable polyester composition based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, including a weight content of a cyclic ester compound having a structure shown as formula (I), which is 100 ppm-950 ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5 ppm-85 ppm is provided. The cyclic ester compound and cyclopentanone is added into the composition and controlling the content of the cyclic ester compound and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition to realize an anti-thermal oxidative aging property of the biodegradable polyester composition. In addition, a film is prepared by blow molding or a part is prepared by injection molding after being digested with 95% ethanol at 40&#xb0; C. for 240 hours. 

Biodegradable polyester composition

The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of glycidyl methacrylate is 0.05 ppm-10 ppm. In the present invention, by adding a trace amount of glycidyl methacrylate into a chosen formula of the biodegradable polyester composition and controlling the weight content of glycidyl methacrylate which finally remains in the biodegradable polyester composition as 0.05 ppm-10 ppm, a compatibility between aliphatic-aromatic polyester and polylactic acid in the biodegradable polyester composition can be greatly enhanced, which enables the biodegradable polyester composition to have excellent surface property of film material, and no fisheye occurs on the film material because of a fluctuation of processing technique.

The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of styrene is 0.1 ppm-30 ppm. When the weight content of styrene which is added into a chosen formula of the biodegradable polyester composition based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition is controlled as 0.1 ppm-30 ppm, the present invention may guarantee the biodegradable polyester composition with excellent transmittance and haze effect, and meanwhile may guarantee the biodegradable polyester composition with suitable UV resistance function, without reducing a degradation rate of the biodegradable polyester composition.

The cyclic ester compound and tetrahydrofuran is added into the composition and controlling the content of the cyclic ester compound and the content of tetrahydrofuran in a certain range in the composition to realize an anti-thermal oxidative aging property of the biodegradable polyester composition. In addition, a film is prepared by blow molding or a part is prepared by injection molding after being digested with 95% ethanol at 40&#xb0; C. for 240 hours. 

A biodegradable polyester composition based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, including a weight content of tetrahydrofuran, which is 3 ppm-200 ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5 ppm-85 ppm is provided. The tetrahydrofuran and cyclopentanone is added into the composition and controlling the content of tetrahydrofuran and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition to realize printing performance. Moreover, when a velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2 &#x3bc;m and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%.

A biodegradable polyester composition based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, including a weight content of a cyclic ester compound having a structure shown as formula (I), which is 100 ppm-950 ppm is provided. The cyclopentanone is added into the composition and controlling the content of cyclopentanone in the composition within a range of 0.5 ppm-85 ppm to realize a lubrication degree of a film of biodegradable polyester during a blow molding process. When a velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2 &#x3bc;m and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%.

The present invention relates to a kind of biodegradable polyester and its preparation method, which belongs to the field of biodegradable co-polyester product technology. The number-average molecular weight of the biodegradable polyester material under this invention is 6000-135000 g/mol, the molecular weight distribution is 1.2-6.5, and the range of crystallization temperature is 15&#xb0; C.-105&#xb0; C., which could overcome the disadvantages of existing technical products and can be processed into membrane materials, sheet materials and foam materials. During processing, the picking property will be dramatically changed with the appearance quality improved; after heat resistance is improved, this new type of polyester material could also be applied to the processing course with long cycles, for example, the injection processing course, and the biodegradable aliphatic/aromatic polyester materials provided by this invention has excellent mechanical properties.
