The device may further determine, based on user behavior information relating to the users, affinities of the users; and determine commonality of the affinities of the users. Still further, the device may select, based on the determined commonality of the affinities, one or more advertisements to present by the electronic billboard; and transmit the selected one or more advertisements to the electronic billboard.
