A tube system for a microscope includes two lenses and a glass element. The tube system can have a compact build and chromatic aberrations that lie within a specified range.

Tube system

The invention relates to a zoom objective lens with continuously adjustable magnification, comprising five lens groups, where the first lens group, the second lens group and the fifth lens group are fixed in relation to an object. The third lens group and the fourth lens group are axially displaceable. The following conditions apply to the lens:

Zoom objective lens

A system for microscopic applications, including a rotating structural element that acts as a beam splitter and has reflecting and transmitting structures, and which is disposed in an intermediate image plane of the beam path conjugated with the object field, and by which the structure is imaged onto an object in the object plane. The fluorescent light reflected by the object, or caused by the illumination, strikes the structural element as well as an image processing module. The beam reflected and transmitted by the structural element is guided through the image processing module. The structural element is set at an angle to the vertical of the beam path. An optical adapter, which tilts the microscopic intermediate image onto the plane of the structural element acting as beam splitter, is disposed at the interface between the microscope and the image processing module.

System for microscopic applications

An immersion objective for a light microscope with a first lens group including a first and second lenses, with a third lens arranged behind the first lens group, a first air gap between the first lens group and the third lens, with a second lens group behind the third lens and including fourth, fifth and sixth lenses, a second air gap formed the third lens and the second lens group, and a third lens group behind the second lens group including seventh, eighth and ninth lenses. Tenth, eleventh and twelfth lens are provided behind the third lens group. For correction of aberrations a fourth air gap is formed between the third lens group and the tenth lens, a fifth air gap is formed between the tenth lens and the eleventh lens and a sixth air gap is formed between the eleventh lens and the twelfth lens.

Immersion objective and light microscope

A tube lens unit for microscopes with achromatically corrective effect for the use with objectives that image an object to infinity and that have achromatic residual errors. Tube shield lens unit

The invention relates to a microscope objective with preferably anti-symmetric lenses or lens groups with an optical magnification of &#x2212;100 and a visual field factor of 20. According to the invention the microscope objective consists of 9 lenses with 3 cemented elements, starting from the object side (left), a lens which is almost a hemisphere Lwith positive refractive power, a meniscus lens Lwith positive refractive power, a two-part cemented element Gwith positive refractive power, another two-art cemented element Gwith positive refractive power, a two-part cemented element Gwith negative refractive power, and finally a meniscus lens Lwith negative refractive power. By using cemented elements and lens pairings of the same construction, production costs can be reduced compared with methods of the prior art while image contrast is improved.

Microscope objective

An immersion microscope objective includes a system of several optical lenses or lens groups between which air spaces are provided and an adjusting device for adapting the immersion microscope objective to different immersion mediums for correcting imaging errors when utilizing the immersion microscope objective in connection with a cover glass, which closes off a specimen holder, and/or for correcting longitudinal chromatic aberrations. The adjusting device is configured to change two air spaces and especially the air spaces (A, A) are linearly changeable.

Immersion microscope objective

A microscope objective having at least four lenses or groups of lenses and which can be used to improve image contrast. According to the invention, a phase plate, aligned concentrically to the optical axis, can be integrated into and taken out of the air space between the first lens and the second lens, as viewed from the object side. The defined arrangement of the phase plate and the associated shift of the real pupil into the air space between the first two lenses or groups of lenses, respectively, of the microscope objective allows a microscope objective, initially designed as a bright-field variant, to be redesigned as a phase contrast variant with relative ease.

The invention is directed to an objective, particularly for telescope-type stereomicroscopes. The objective comprises two lens groups, a first lens group and a second lens group. The first lens group, which faces the object plane, has a positive refractive power and comprises a plurality of lenses of which at least two form a cemented component. The second lens group, which is on the image side, has a negative refractive power and comprises a collecting cemented component and a diverging lens. The invention is directed to an immersion microscope objective. An objective of this kind has an adjusting element, for example, a correction ring, by which it can be adjusted to different immersion media. In an advantageous manner, the objective can also be adjusted to different temperatures of the solutions and different coverslip thicknesses of object vessels by the correction ring.

A microscope objective has axially adjustable correction mounts for adapting to different parameters influencing the imaging quality. The axial adjustment of the correction mounts relative to a stationary barrel is realized by an adjusting ring arranged on the outer side of the barrel by means of a bolt or screw which is arranged in the respective correction mount, is directed radial to the optical axis of the objective and engages in through-openings of threaded rings. The objective has at least three correction mounts which are adjustable in direction of the optical axis of the objective by at least one adjusting ring without additional rotation around the optical axis of the objective.
