An electric axial flux machine having a stator with first and second stator elements arranged spaced apart axially from one another, and a rotor with a rotor body arranged on a rotor shaft, in the form of a disk and arranged axially between the first and second stator elements, the first and second stator elements being arranged movably in the axial direction in relation to the rotor body. An adjustment device is provided to adjust the first stator element and the second stator element in the axial direction in order to set an air gap. The adjustment device adjusts the first stator element and the second stator element in the axial direction depending on a torque which is to be transmitted via the rotor shaft and which generates a resulting supporting moment on the first stator element and on the second stator element.

Electric axial flux machine

A torque transmitting device for transmitting torque between a first drive element and an output element, having a torque transmitting unit with a housing delimiting a first fluid chamber filled with a liquid, and a separating clutch arranged outside of the torque transmitting unit and the first fluid chamber in a second fluid chamber separated from the first chamber and which selectively transmits torque between the first drive element and the torque transmitting unit. The separating clutch has a clutch output that is connectable to a clutch input via a friction device and a clutch actuator that comprises a pressing element and an actuation element to which fluid pressure can be applied to move the actuation element. The pressing element is arranged within the second fluid chamber, and the actuation element is at least partly arranged within the first fluid chamber so that pressure is applied thereto by fluid pressure.

Torque transmitting device

A hybrid module for a drive train of a motor vehicle includes an electrical machine, a dry friction clutch for coupling the electrical machine with the drive train, an input shaft arranged to be coupled to an internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle, and an output shaft arranged to be coupled to a vehicle transmission of the motor vehicle. The dry friction clutch is designed to lead away or secure wear debris of the dry friction clutch. The hybrid module may be arranged as a P2 hybrid module within the drive train between an internal combustion engine side of the motor vehicle and a vehicle transmission side of the motor vehicle. The dry friction clutch may be a dry multi-disk clutch.

Hybrid module having management of wear debris for a dry friction clutch

A multiple disc clutch includes an axially displaceable outer disc hooked into an outer disc carrier to provide a first friction surface, and an axially displaceable inner disc hooked into an inner disc carrier to provide a second friction surface for a friction pairing with the first friction surface. The outer disc has an outer coupling element for coupling to the outer disc carrier and the inner disc has an inner coupling element for coupling to the inner disc carrier. The outer disc has an outer ring, the outer coupling element extends radially from the outer ring, and the first friction surface is connected to the outer ring by an outer leaf spring element; or the inner disc has an inner ring, the inner coupling element extends radially from the inner ring, and the second friction surface is connected to the inner ring by an inner leaf spring element.

Multiple disc clutch, in particular for a hybrid drive train

A hybrid module for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle includes a separating clutch for coupling an input-side drive shaft with an output-side intermediate shaft, and an actuating device for actuating the separating clutch, co-rotatable with the drive shaft or with the intermediate shaft. The actuating device includes a pressure chamber connectable to a pressure source arranged to provide a hydraulic actuating pressure through a hydraulic medium, and a compensation device for at least partially compensating a change in pressure in the pressure chamber from a first centrifugal force acting on the hydraulic medium. The drive shaft may be a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine arranged for mechanically driving the motor vehicle and the intermediate shaft may be a rotor shaft for an electric machine arranged for electrically driving the motor vehicle.

Hybrid module with separating clutch and actuating device

A dual clutch having a first clutch which has a first pressure plate that is movable axially relative to a first counterplate for coupling a first clutch disk that is connected to a first output shaft, a second clutch, which has a second pressure plate that is axially movable relative to a second counterplate for coupling a second clutch disk that is connected to a second output shaft, a torsional vibration damper situated in the direction of flux force between the input shaft and the first counterplate wherein the torsional vibration damper includes a dual mass flywheel with a bow spring running in the circumferential direction to transmit torque, where the flux of force is introducible radially on the outside from the input shaft to the first counterplate into the dual mass flywheel, and is dispersible radially on the inside to the bow spring.

Dual clutch

A friction clutch having a counter-pressure plate and a pressing plate that is rotationally fixed and axially movable in relation to the latter, a cover part which is firmly connected to the counter-pressure plate, a lever spring clamped between the pressing plate and cover part having an encircling power rim and levers extending radially inward and distributed around the circumference and support zones extending radially outward, a clutch plate having friction linings which may be brought into frictional engagement between the counter-pressure plate and the pressing plate dependent on an axial engaging force applied to the levers contrary to the effect of a lining resiliency, a compensation spring effectively countering the lining resiliency between the counter-pressure plate and the pressing plate, and an adjusting device having a drive spring in the form of an opened ring situated on the lever spring.

Friction clutch with readjustment device

A dual clutch having a first transmission-side output shaft and/or a second transmission-side output shaft having a first clutch comprising a first pressure plate that is axially movable relative to a first counterplate for engaging a first clutch disk connected to a first output shaft, a second clutch comprising a second pressure plate that is axially movable relative to a second counterplate for engaging a second clutch disk connected to a second output shaft, an actuating device for moving the first pressure plate and/or the second pressure plate and a fastening plate connected to the actuation device for axially fastening to a clutch housing, wherein the actuating device is designed to pre-center relative to the clutch housing and/or the transmission housing in a radially adjustable manner, and the fastening plate is designed to be radially fixed to the clutch housing and/or the transmission housing.
