A harvesting machine includes a frame carrying at least one harvesting mechanism and a lightening device of the harvesting mechanism. The lightening device includes second hydraulic jacks articulated on the frame and on the harvesting mechanism and connected by hydraulic circuits to first hydraulic jacks so as to be able to be actuated by the first hydraulic jacks and to hydropneumatic accumulators.

The method forms an upper plate and a lower plate of a housing, assembles the formed upper plate and the formed lower plate by welding to form a casing, and cuts out holes on the casing, by a laser beam. The holes are configured to receive bearings of disks and intermediate drive gears.

A cutting device including a gearbox of an upper part, a lower part, and a front piece, the front piece having a thickness greater than the thickness of the upper part. At least one guide bearing is connected to the gearbox by assembly elements. At least one cutting member is connected to the gearbox by the guide bearing, the cutting member being driven in rotation during work about an upwardly directed axis. And, at least one assembly element is anchored in the front piece of increased thickness, attachment of the guide bearing being thus improved.

Rotary mower

A mower includes a linking structure designed to link the mower to a motor vehicle; a cutting mechanism with driven cutting elements that include cutting tools; and a windrowing device designed to move laterally, toward a median plane of the cutting mechanism, the product that has been cut by the cutting elements before it is dropped to the ground. The windrowing device has at least one guiding element for the cut product, located in the vicinity of one of the lateral ends of the cutting mechanism, and considering the direction of work, behind the front of the cut of the cutting mechanism. The guiding element has at least two rotors arranged crosswise to the direction of work and to the rotation axis directed upward during work. The rotors are hung to a carrying structure linked to the cutting mechanism and/or to the linking structure, and the rotors are driven in rotation by way of a driving mechanism. The rotors are windrowing rotors that are arranged in the immediate vicinity of one another and are hung to the carrying structure from their top, and the lower end of a windrowing rotor extends at least to the cutting plane defined by the cutting tools of the corresponding cutting elements.

A mower includes a cutting mechanism, an attachment structure, a carrying beam connected to the cutting mechanism by way of a first articulation and to the attachment structure by way of a second articulation and a third articulation, and a safety device including an energy accumulator. The safety device includes a pivoting member connected to the attachment structure by way of a fourth articulation and a connecting rod installed between the pivoting member and the cutting mechanism or the carrying beam. The energy accumulator is connected to the pivoting member by way of a connection which is capable, from a certain angle of pivoting of the cutting mechanism toward the rear, about the axis of the third articulation, of reducing the lever arm with which the energy accumulator acts on the pivoting member.
