A component assembly for a motor vehicle includes a housing and an actuating element that is rotatable about an axis. The assembly also includes an actuator which is configured to cause a rotation of the actuating element. The assembly further includes a rotatable shaft which extends along a shaft axis and is disposed between the actuating element and the actuator and which is coupled to the actuating element and the actuator. The shaft is guided through a first through opening in the housing. A sealing system is provided in a radial direction perpendicular to the shaft axis so as to be between the shaft and a first internal wall of the first through opening. The sealing system has a sealing element support having a first side and a second side that faces away from the first side. The sealing element support is fastened in the first through opening. The sealing element support has a second through opening having a second internal wall. The shaft is guided through the second through opening. A first sealing element is fastened in a locationally fixed manner to the sealing element support on the first side of the sealing element support. The first sealing element has a third through opening through which the shaft is guided. The first sealing element by way of a third internal wall of the third through opening bears in an encircling manner on the shaft. And the first sealing element is designed from felt.

Component assembly for a motor vehicle

An exhaust-gas turbocharger having an electric drive unit for driving a compressor, a turbine, or a turbocharger shaft of the exhaust-gas turbocharger. The electric drive unit has a rotor and a stator. The rotor is equipped with a rotor body embodied around a rotation axis of the rotor. A receptacle for at least one permanent magnet is embodied on the rotor body. A permanent magnet is disposed in the receptacle of the rotor body. The rotor body is mountable using a threaded bushing on a turbocharger shaft of the exhaust-gas turbocharger. The rotor body has a further receptacle which extends in the direction of the rotation axis and in which the threaded bushing is disposed inside the rotor body. The further receptacle is disposed in the rotor body with an offset in the direction of the rotation axis relative to the receptacle.

A non-return valve for a solenoid valve includes a non-return valve seat and a movable closure element. The valve seat is arranged at an edge of a fluid channel. The movable closure element is configured to carry out a direction-orientated throughflow and sealing function. The closure element includes a sealing cone, an abutment base, and a resilient sealing ring. The sealing ring is arranged between the abutment base and the sealing cone. The abutment base forms, in the event of sealing, a support face for the resilient sealing ring. At an edge of the non-return valve seat there is a first support face which in the event of sealing forms with a second support face which is formed at the outer edge of the abutment base in the direction of the non-return valve seat a mechanical axial stop for the movable closure element.

A magnetic valve device includes a valve receiving device and a valve insert of a magnetic valve which is received in the valve receiving device. A high pressure resistance is obtained in one of the modes of embodiment. An internal gear pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle braking system includes a pump shaft that is mounted rotatably on one side of a pinion and a ring gear that is mounted rotatably in an axial disk. The axial disk seals off the pinion and the ring gear at the sides.

The disclosure relates to an internal gear pump as a hydraulic pump for a slip-controlled vehicle brake system. The disclosure proposes to configure the internal gear pump as a preassembled module with a cartridge as housing, which can be pressed into a receptacle of a hydraulic block of the vehicle brake system. An internal gear pump for a hydraulic vehicle brake system has axial discs which, by the exertion of pressure on the outer sides thereof, are pressed against gearwheels of the internal gear pump for lateral sealing, provided on the inner sides thereof with grooves through which the gearwheels convey brake fluid as they are driven in rotation, which brake fluid thereby passes, for lubrication, between the axial discs and the gearwheels of the internal gear pump.

An internal gear pump includes a ring gear and a pinion configured to mesh with the ring gear. The ring gear and pinion delimit a pump chamber extending from a suction region to a pressure region. The internal gear pump also includes an axial disk arranged on front faces of the ring gear and the pinion and includes a lubricant feed from the suction region between the axial disk and the ring gear and pinion. The lubricant feed includes a lubricant channel which passes through the axial disk. A wedge gap is delimited between the axial disk and the ring gear and pinion. The wedge gap communicates with the suction region and, when the ring gear and the pinion are driven in rotation, a lubricating film forms between the axial disk and the ring gear and pinion.
