A method for shortening the processing time on creating shaped label stacks. Between a strip pack cross-cutter and a die-cutting device in the region of a conveying section, the strip packs cut by way of the strip pack cross-cutter into stack packs are transferred and then die-cut in the die-cutting device into shaped label stacks. Two or more stack packs are layered on one another in the region of the conveying section and the layered stack packs are die-cut into shaped label stacks, for increasing the die-cutting output. The layered, die-cut stacks can then be divided again into shaped label stacks that can be managed and banded.

Method for forming shaped label stacks

A hammer device in the form of a needle gun. The gun includes a cylinder housing containing a cylinder, in which a flying piston is displaced and an anvil, against which the piston strikes. A needle carrier is located on the anvil, and the needles of the gun are held in the carrier so that the needles can be longitudinally displaced. To reduce the wear on the needle carrier and to preserve the needle heads of the needles, the needle carrier is configured from several layers, at least in the vicinity of the guide plate. The layers are of alternating hard and soft material.

Needle gun

A press device to be modified such that profile rods can also be removed by a shearing movement. The tool is configured so that a cutting plate can be fixed to each pivoting arm and is displaceably mounted in the opposite pivoting arm. The clamping arms of the pivoting arms have a fork-shaped slit and the cutting plates are maintained in the clamping arms with fixing bolts.

Press device

An electrically driven press tool that is compact, reliable and cost-effective. There is a press tool in which a crimping tool is retained in a recess by a bolt. An electromotor drives a spindle, which interacts with the crimping tool, by a reducing gear. The spindle is connected to a shaft by a pressure flange. The bearing pressure, which acts on the spindle, is brought to bear on a pressure ring by a pressure flange and a pressure bearing, the ring acting directly or indirectly on a force or pressure sensor. When a predetermine set value of the crimping is reached, the sensor forwards a switching signal to the controller of the drive motor.

It is suggested to machine contaminated surfaces, in particular radioactively contaminated concrete surfaces and masonry with pneumatically actuated striking tools. It has been shown that this is an extremely low-dust machining method with which the essentially the particles are struck off in the size order of 0.2 to 2.0 mm. The method may be realized with a device () with which in a housing () several chambers are arranged over one another. Most preferred at the top a pressurized air feed chamber () is fed via a pressurized air connection (). Therebelow there is located a pressurized air suction chamber () which comprises a suction connection (). At the bottom there is arranged a collecting chamber in which chisel-like hammer bolts () are effective. The hammer bolts which are part of the striking tools () project out of the housing (). The striking tools () pass through the pressurized air feed chamber (), the suction chamber lying thereunder as well as an expansion chamber arranged under the suction chamber (). The expanded air () reaches the surroundings and is in turn suctioned via the collecting chamber () which is limited to the surroundings by way of an air-permeable seal in the form of a brush seal (). The device () is held by a clip () on which there is provided a mounting () which serves for connecting to a robot arm.
