An electric current measuring arrangement includes: a first control unit including a first microcontroller; a second control unit including: a second microcontroller; an amplifier electrically interconnected between the second microcontroller and terminals of a shunt resistor for current measurement; and a node interconnected between one of the terminals of the shunt resistor and the amplifier; a communication line communicatively connecting the first control unit and the second control unit. The first microcontroller is configured to generate a test pattern signal, and to transmit the test pattern signal to the second control unit through the communication line, the second control unit is configured to transmit the test pattern signal to the node, the second microcontroller is configured to receive a measuring signal through the amplifier, and the first microcontroller is configured to receive the measuring signal, compare the measuring signal with the test pattern signal, and verify the current measurement.

Electric current measuring arrangement and battery system

A device for detecting the insulation resistance of a high-voltage battery system of a motor vehicle that includes a high-voltage battery and a high-voltage component which is operatively connected to terminals of the high-voltage battery via converters. The device includes a reference resistor operatively connected to the terminals of the high-voltage battery via switches, with a voltage measurement device configured to detect the voltage present between each respective terminal and a reference potential of the vehicle; a voltage measurement device configured to measure the voltage between the terminals; and a coupling circuit configured to monitor the high-voltage component when the contactors are open.

Device for detecting the insulation resistance of a high voltage battery system

A sensor assembly for measuring an intensity of a current includes a first sensor apparatus configured to record an intensity of the electrical current with contact, a second sensor apparatus configured to record an intensity of the electrical current, the second sensor apparatus having a common measurement range with the first sensor apparatus, and a first analog-digital converter configured to convert analog measured values into digitized measured values. The first sensor apparatus, the second sensor apparatus and the first analog-digital converter are arranged on a common circuit carrier.
