A device for fastening an insulation element to a constructional component and including a large-surface head (1); a hollow shank (2) projecting from the head (1) and having an inner space which is freely accessible from an opening (15) provided in the head (1), for receiving a fastening member (3), and a lid supported on the head and pivotable about an articulation axis (16, 17) located outside of the opening (15), for closing the opening with the lid engaging, in its closed position, a projection extending from a head surface extending parallel to a cross-sectional surface of the hollow shank (2).

Insulation fastening device

A device for attaching insulation material (13) of different thicknesses to a base material, such as a structural member, is formed of a receptacle (1) to be fastened to the base material and a pressure component (4) to be secured in a positively locked manner to the receptacle. The pressure component (4) includes a shaft (3) and a head (2) extending laterally outwardly from the shaft. An axially extending slot (9) in the shaft (3) serves for easier compression of the device and permits inward radial deformation of the shaft (3). The pressure component (4) is finally fixed to the receptacle (1) by a stud-shaped expanding element (8) driven in a central throughbore (7) in the shaft for preventing radial deformation of the shaft (3).

Device for attaching insulation materials

A device for securing insulation material (7) to a base material (8) includes a receptacle (1) fixable to the base material and a large area head (2) arranged to abut against the insulation material with flexible elastic retaining strips (3, 4) extending from the receptacle to the head. Each strip has a sawtooth-like profiled surface (5, 6). The head (2) has through aperture (9, 10) for receiving the strips (3, 4) with locking members in the through aperture with profiled surfaces similar to the profiled surfaces on the strips arranged to provide an interlock between the head (2) and the retaining strips (3, 4).

Device for securing insulation material

An attachment member (1) for securing very thick panels to a receiving material, such as a structural member, is formed of an axially elongated cylindrical shank (2) having a tip (3) at its leading end and a flange-like head (4) projecting laterally outwardly from the shank (2) at its trailing end. A contact pressure element (6) is located in the trailing end region of the shank (2) and is axially displaceable relative to the shank. An axially extending part arranged about the trailing end of the shank is arranged for absorbing excess energy applied to the attachment member. The shank (2) is laterally enclosed by an axially extending cylindrical sleeve (7) extending in the range of approximately 3/4 to 9/10 of the axial length of the shank. The sleeve (7) has an outside diameter (a) in the range of 1.4 to 3 times the diameter (s) of the shank (2). The sleeve (7) has a trailing end arranged to axially support the contact pressure element (6).
