An inductive angle sensor includes an exciter coil, an oscillator circuit, a plurality of receiver coils, an evaluation circuit evaluating a plurality of signals induced in the receiver coils, and a coupling element that is movable and influences a strength of an inductive coupling between the exciter coil and the receiver coils. The coupling element has a first encoder element and a second encoder element. The coupling element has a third encoder element formed as a conducting extension with an asymmetric geometry. The asymmetric geometry influences the strength of the inductive coupling between the exciter coil and the receiver coils only in a part of a plurality of periodically repeating loop structures of the receiver coils.

Inductive angle sensor

A magnetizing device includes a magnet and a magnetic field concentrator. The magnet has a magnetic field forming a magnetization region in which a magnetizable security element is exposed to a magnetic field strength having a defined magnetic field direction. The magnetic field concentrator is formed of a ferromagnetic material. The magnetic field concentrator is arranged in the magnetic field and amplifies and focuses the magnetic field in the magnetization region.

A pre-magnetization device of one or more magnets are arranged at a distance from the sensor line in a direction vertical to the line direction and extending parallel to the line direction. The pre-magnetization device is arranged relative to the sensor line such that the fields of the pre-magnetization device and the support magnetic field overlap to provide an overlapping magnetic field with a field strength component pointing in the line direction that is greater at one location on the sensor line than the strength of a field component pointing vertically toward the line direction not in the direction of the height of the magnetoresistive element.

The invention relates to a device for generating a sensor signal, the profile thereof depending on the position of a magnetic field-generating element relative to the device, with at least two magnetically sensitive sensors disposed along a measurement path, wherein a support field device, which generates a magnetic support field in the magnetically sensitive sensors, has at least in the magnetically sensitive sensors an essentially identical direction and an essentially homogeneous field strength.
