A housing frame for a control unit for controlling an electrical machine is disclosed. The housing frame has at least one connection pin for electrically contacting a circuit carrier of the control unit. The connection pin has a connection base and is injected into the housing frame such that the connection pin can be electrically connected to the circuit carrier at the connection base by way of laser beam welding. Also disclosed is a control unit having a housing frame, an electrical machine having a control unit, and to a method for electrically connecting a connection pin of the housing frame to a circuit carrier of a control unit.

A power unit for an electrical steering system includes a motor housing for accommodating a motor, a heat sink and a drive electronics system, which is arranged on the heat sink, for the motor. The heat sink and the motor housing are connected to one another in such a way that heat exchange from the drive electronics system, via the heat sink, to the motor housing is possible. The heat sink is at least partially connected to the motor housing by calking or welding or screwing. A method is used for assembling a power unit having a motor housing for accommodating a motor, a heat sink and a drive electronics system, which is arranged on the heat sink, for the motor. A connection is established between the heat sink and the motor housing by calking or welding or screwing.

Power unit for an electrical steering system

A housing for an electrical machine includes a cover with an electrical plug connection. The plug connection includes at least one electrically conductive contact or a plurality of electrically conductive contacts configured to electrically connect the housing to a plug. The contact is routed through an aperture in the cover and forms an electrical plug contact via an end section that projects out of the cover. The plug connection has a securing element that extends in a flat manner. A lateral dimension of the aperture in the cover is formed such that the contact is routed through the aperture via the end section and engages behind a projection in an interlocking manner by virtue of moving transverse to the longitudinal extent in the aperture. The securing element has at least one aperture that is configured to fix the contact in the aperture transverse to a longitudinal extent of the contact.

A hydraulic assembly for slip-controlled brake systems of motor vehicles, having a valve block with receiving bores, each for a hydraulic part of electromagnetically actuated valves, each of which contains magnetically active elements and a respective electric part having an electric coil encompassing the valve dome, a coil housing, and a washer that is contained at least indirectly in the coil housing, on the side oriented toward the hydraulic part. The washers of at least some of the valves are interconnected to form a multi-washer component. The production of the hydraulic assembly then includes the production of a structural unit, which supports the respective electric parts of at least some of the valves, by connecting the coil housing to the associated washers of the multi-washer component, and the placement of this structural unit onto the valve block by introducing the valve domes into through openings of the washers.

The invention relates to an electrohydraulic brake slip control device for motor vehicles, including one or more electromagnetically actuatable hydraulic valves contained in a valve block, having valve domes, which protrude at least partway beyond the valve block in the direction of a valve axis and each engage in a coil opening of an electric coil held by a coil holder, and having contact elements, which protrude away from the coils and through openings of a top plate, in order to electrically activate the coils. At least some of the coils are held against the coil holder in a plane perpendicular to the valve axes with an easily moving play, but also in a position-oriented fashion and, after their alignment produced by the engagement of the valve domes in the associated coil openings, can be rigidly fixed in the aligned position.

In a connection arrangement between a sensor and connection leads, only a small installation space is required. To this end, the connection arrangement has a signal amplifier, which is electrically contacted by means of bond connections with the sensor and the connection leads. This is achieved by means of connecting elements, which are designed as thin sheet-metal shaped parts and are fixed with tab-shaped end sections in a housing of plastic, in which the signal amplifier is also inserted. The end sections, the signal amplifier, and the bond connections are arranged in a space-saving manner in roughly one plane. The connection arrangement is especially suited for sensors used to measure the speed of motor vehicles.

A multipole electrical plug connector having contact elements narrowly spaced from one another, and the plug connector having small dimensions in a manner favorable in terms of production engineering. To this end, the plug connector has contact elements, each having an attachment section and a contact section, whose attachment sections are manufactured from a one-piece self-supporting punched grid. The thickness d of the punched grid is independent of the thickness a of the contact sections, which are produced separately from the attachment sections and are assembled with them to form the contact elements, which upon integration into a housing of an electrical device are partially equipped with a sheathing made of plastic. The plug connector is preferably used in automotive engineering, for example, in electrical control units with highly integrated circuits.

A multipole electrical plug connector for a releasable coupling with a counter-connector has a contact set including a plurality of contact elements each having a contact portion and a connecting portions, the connecting portions of the contact elements being formed as part of a one-piece punched grate with a thickness which is independent from a thickness of the contact portions which is joined with the connecting portions.

A pressure equalizing element for an electrical device enclosure, e.g. for a control device under the hood of a vehicle, features a water-tight but air-transmitting region (6) which equalizes pressure between the interior airspace of the enclosure and ambient airspace. The element is preferably thimble-shaped so that all exterior surfaces are curved and water will not pool on it and clog the air pores. Thus, it will be operative, and can be installed, in any desired orientation. The thimble-shaped element preferably has a threaded (40) or dovetailed (4) rim which facilitates engagement with a correspondingly shaped aperture in the wall of the electrical device enclosure.
