A sensor is provided for determining at least one parameter of a fluid medium flowing through a measurement channel, in particular an intake air mass flow of an internal combustion engine. The sensor has a sensor housing, in particular a plug-in sensor that is inserted into or is insertable into a flow tube, in which sensor a measurement channel is fashioned, and has at least one sensor chip situated in the measurement channel for determining the parameter of the fluid medium. The sensor housing has an electronics compartment for accommodating an electronics module and has an electronics compartment cover for closing the electronics compartment. The electronics compartment cover has, at least in part, electrically conductive properties. For example, the electronics compartment cover is placed onto the electrical ground of the sensor and, viewed in projection, partly or completely covers the sensor chip.

A sensor for determining at least one parameter of a fluid medium, in particular an intake air mass flow of an internal combustion engine, flowing through a measuring channel is provided. The sensor includes a sensor housing, in particular a plug-in sensor that is introduced or introducible into a flow tube and in which the measuring channel is formed, and at least one sensor chip situated in the measuring channel for determining the parameter of the fluid medium. The sensor housing includes an electronics compartment for accommodating an electronic module, and an electronics compartment cover for closing the electronics compartment. The electronics compartment cover has electrically conductive properties at least in part. The electronic module is electrically conductively connected to an interior of the electronics compartment cover.

A sensor for determining at least one parameter of a fluid medium flowing through a measuring channel, in particular an intake air mass flow of an internal combustion engine. The sensor includes a sensor housing, in particular a plug-in sensor which is inserted or is insertable into a flow tube, in which a channel structure is formed, which includes the measuring channel, and at least one sensor chip situated in the measuring channel for determining the parameter of the fluid medium. The sensor housing includes an inlet into the channel structure, which is oriented away from a main flow direction of the fluid medium, and at least one outlet from the channel structure. The channel structure is delimited by wall sections. The wall sections have at least partially electrically insulating properties. Areas of the sensor housing adjoining the wall sections have electrically conductive properties.

A device for measuring a pressure and a temperature of a fluid medium flowing in a duct, the device including a pressure sensor element; a temperature sensor having a temperature sensor element; a housing that has a connecting piece, the connecting piece being insertable into the duct in an insertion direction, the connecting piece having an interior chamber, the interior chamber having an opening through which the interior chamber may be exposed to the fluid medium; and a carrier substrate, the pressure sensor element being connected electrically and mechanically to the carrier substrate. In order to increase the service life of the temperature sensor, and in order to allow temperature measurement that is as accurate as possible, it is provided, in this context, that the carrier substrate be positioned substantially parallel to the insertion direction in the interior chamber of the connecting piece, the interior chamber extending along the insertion direction, and it is provided that the temperature sensor be connected electrically and mechanically to the carrier substrate.

In a system for attaching and fixing a temperature sensor, e.g., an NTC element, the NTC element is accommodated in a pressure connector section of a sensor housing. The area of the head of the temperature sensor is flanked and/or supported by guide vanes, which cause the incident flow in the area of the head of the temperature sensor to be accelerated.

In a sensor module for accommodating a pressure sensor chip and for installation into a sensor housing, a module wall is connected monolithically to the module bottom and surrounds the pressure sensor chip. Multiple connecting elements which are conducted through the module wall to the outside run straight at least in the entire outside area. Furthermore, the connecting elements are exposed on their top and bottom sides for affixing and electrically connecting at least one electrical component and for electrically integrating the sensor module into the sensor housing. In this way, a two-sided use of a sensor module having an identical external geometry and identical connectors is possible.

An ignition coil set for a multicylinder internal combustion engine has a housing and a plurality of substantially identical ignition modules each having a primary coil and a secondary coil accommodated in the housing. A common connecting element is formed so as to provide positioning of the primary coils and the secondary coils and electrical contacting of terminals of the primary coils and low voltage side of the secondary coils when the coils are single spark coils or distribution of high voltage when the coils are formed as double spark coils, and also positioning of the housing which accommodates the ignition modules.

An ignition coil for an internal combustion engine has a housing composed of an insulating material and having an insertion opening, at least one ring-shaped core composed of a soft magnetic material and having a portion insertable in the housing, a primary coil body and a secondary coil body, a primary coil and a secondary coil wound on the primary coil body and the secondary coil body and arranged coaxially to one another on the portion of the core, the housing being provided with a high voltage dome extending substantially perpendicularly to a central axis of the coil bodies, a connecting pin insertable along a longitudinal axis of the high voltage dome and connected via a diode with a high voltage winding end of the secondary coil. The connecting pin, the diode and the coil bodies with the coils together form an operationally premounted assembly insertable through the insertion opening in the housing. A spacer connected with one of the coil bodies. The housing completely surrounds the core. The connecting pin and the diode is received in the spacer, the diode is arranged coaxially to the longitudinal axis of the high voltage dome.
