The present invention relates to a room delimitation element, in particular to a door or a wall, which may be used for a sanitary room in vehicles or buildings.

Also an air outflow method using an adjustable swirl to adjust an outflow characteristic of an air stream.

The invention relates to an air vent (), especially for a motor vehicle, comprising an air channel for supplying air, and an air guiding device (). The air channel is divided into at least two essentially cylindrical partial channels () in the air guiding device (), said cylindrical partial channels () being parallel to each other. Especially other partial channels () provided in the inventive air vent generate a swirling flow.
