A drivetrain has at least one electric drive machine configured for driving a motor vehicle, a drivable rear motor vehicle axle for transmitting drive forces of the electric drive machine to a roadway surface, and a vehicle transmission which has at least one transmission ratio stage and which is configured for transmitting drive forces in the direction of the drivable rear motor vehicle axle. The transmission ratio stage can, in at least one operating mode of the drivetrain, be engaged by a transmission control unit. The vehicle transmission can, from the transmission ratio stage, be shifted by the transmission control unit into a neutral position in which a transmission output shaft is freely rotatable relative to a transmission input shaft. For control of the electric drive machine, an electric motor control unit is provided, wherein the electric drive machine is, by way of the electric motor control unit, operable at least in a motor operating mode and in a neutral mode, in which the electric drive machine is rotatable in a manner free from torque. The electric motor control unit and the transmission control unit are connected to one another by at least two control lines configured for transmitting control commands between the control units. A control command can be transmitted by the electric motor control unit via at least one of the two control lines to the transmission control unit, such that the transmission control unit sets the vehicle transmission into the neutral position.

A method for mounting the drive train components of a hybrid drive including providing an automatic transmission, which comprises a transmission casing and a transmission input shaft; a hybrid head, which is premounted as a separate assembly and which has a hybrid head casing, a rotor drive element and an output element; and an electric machine, which has a stator and a rotor, wherein the hybrid head casing is connected by flanges to the transmission casing and the output element is coupled in rotation to the transmission input shaft by means of a shaft-hub connection, and wherein the electric machine is subsequently installed in the hybrid head casing, wherein the stator is connected to the hybrid head casing and the rotor is connected to the rotor drive element.

Method for mounting drive train components of a hybrid drive

A hybrid module includes a housing, an input intended for rotationally coupling to an internal combustion engine, an output intended for rotationally coupling to an input of a gearbox, an electric machine arranged in the housing and having a stator and a rotor arranged within the stator radially, a separation clutch and a torsional vibration damper. The separation clutch and the torsional vibration damper are arranged within the rotor in both the radial and axial directions.

Hybrid module

An active, divided stabilizer for a motor vehicle having an incorporated pivot motor is provided. The pivot motor is used for pivot regulation and includes at least one displacement drive having a motor and transmission, and a housing. At least one housing part is connected to an associated stabilizer part for torque transmission. The housing part has an axially oriented, central indentation, into which the stabilizer part extends. The connection for torque transmission between the housing part and the stabilizer part is located therein. A sensor for detecting the torsion angle of the stabilizer part is attached to the housing part, with a corresponding encoder is fixed on the stabilizer part, or vice versa.

Active, divided motor vehicle stabilizer having an incorporated pivot motor

The present invention relates to an active, divided stabilizer for of motor vehicle having an installed electric pivot motor for roll regulation, which comprises at least one actuating drive made of electric motor and pivot motor transmission and a housing, at least one housing part being connected to an associated stabilizer part for torque transmission. The present invention is distinguished in that the housing part has an axially oriented, central recess, into which the stabilizer part extends essentially up to its end, and the connection for torque transmission between the housing part and the associated stabilizer part is located there.
