A circuit arrangement is provided that includes at least one semiconductor component, at least one filter arrangement, which has at least two discretely made coil elements, which are disposed adjacent to one another with parallel aligned magnetic field axes, and a contacting unit, which has electrical traces for an electrically conductive connection of the semiconductor component to the filter arrangement. A thickness of the semiconductor component is at least 20% of a thickness of the coil elements.

A circuit and an adjusting method with a differential amplifier and with a control circuit, wherein the differential amplifier has a first amplifier transistor which for amplifying an input signal of the differential amplifier is connected in a first branch of the differential amplifier, wherein the differential amplifier has a second amplifier transistor which for amplifying the input signal of the differential amplifier is connected in a second branch of the differential amplifier, wherein the differential amplifier has at least one first series connection with a first transistor and a first semiconductor switch, the amplifier being connected parallel to the first amplifier transistor, wherein the differential amplifier has at least one second series connection with a second transistor and a second semiconductor switch, the amplifier being connected in parallel to the second amplifier transistor, and wherein the control circuit is connected to the switch inputs of the semiconductor switches to control the switching states of the semiconductor switches.

Circuit

A linear voltage regulator is provided having a first transistor connected between a terminal for an input voltage and a terminal for an output voltage, a reference voltage source for producing a reference voltage, a first resistor, a second resistor, a second transistor, wherein the first resistor, the second resistor, and the second transistor are series-connected between the terminal for the output voltage and a reference voltage, and constitute a voltage divider, wherein a divided output voltage is present at a tap of the voltage divider, and also having a differential amplifier with an inverting input and a non-inverting input, wherein the inverting input is connected to the reference voltage source, the non-inverting input is connected to the tap of the voltage divider, and an output terminal of the differential amplifier is connected to a control terminal of the first transistor.

A circuit arrangement for voltage switching is used for optimized control of switching transistors, which are used for switching voltages applied to an output of the circuit arrangement. The circuit arrangement of the invention enables rapid voltage switching with a simultaneously low current consumption.

Circuit arrangement for voltage switching

A circuit arrangement is provided for processing satellite signals comprising a first circuit part, which is made as a processor for computing position and/or speed signals from satellite signals, a second circuit part, which is made as a real-time clock to provide a time signal, at least two voltage sources, which are provided to supply at least one circuit part, and switching means, which are provided for switching the supply of at least one circuit part between the first voltage source and the second voltage source. According to an embodiment, the switching means have at least one voltage monitor with a bandgap voltage reference circuit to determine a switching voltage. The circuit arrangement can be used for GPS-supported navigation systems.

Circuit arrangement for processing satellite signals

In an image detection device comprising at least one column arrangement consisting of photo detector elements linearly arranged in a row, an image field will be swung alternately across the photo detector elements in both longitudinal directions of the column arrangement. For time-correct summing and output of the detector signals, the photo detector elements of one column arrangement will be connected with a TDI arrangement. The TDI arrangement features a switch arrangement comprising several switches as well as a memory unit containing several memory cells. By appropriate control of the switch arrangement, its switches will be set such that the detector signals generated in the photo detector elements by one and the same image field pixel will be integrated into one and the same memory cell of the memory unit.
