An injector testing device includes a fluid pump configured to convey a test oil; a motor mechanically connected to the fluid pump and configured to drive the fluid pump; and a rail configured to receive the test oil conveyed by the fluid pump and to fluidly connect to at least one injector to be tested. The fluid pump, the motor, and the rail are supported elastically in the injector testing device as a common assembly.

Injector testing device

An injector testing device includes a fluid pump, which is configured to convey a test oil; a motor, which is connected mechanically to the fluid pump and is configured to drive the fluid pump; at least one injector holding device for mounting at least one injector to be tested; and a rail, which is configured to receive the test oil conveyed by the fluid pump and to fluidly connect to at least one injector to be tested. In this context, the rail is mounted in the injector testing device in such a manner, that it may be swiveled with respect to the at least one injector holding device, in order to align it with the injector to be tested.

A receiving device is configured to receive and fix the drive element and may be pivoted over an arc, and at least two stops are disposed along the arc and are configured to arrest the receiving device in one defined position at a time.

A fuel accumulator block is provided for testing high-pressure components of fuel injection devices. The fuel accumulator block includes an accumulator body and at least one pressure control valve, which is accommodated in a receptacle in the accumulator body. The accumulator body is connected to a test line for a test medium and to a cooling line for a cooling medium. Within the accumulator body a test line run is developed for the test medium and a cooling line run is developed for the cooling medium. The cooling line run has at least one section which runs in the vicinity of the receptacle for the pressure control valve.

A calibration device is described for calibrating a scatterometer, which is designed in particular for measuring a particle concentration in exhaust gases of motor vehicles. The calibration device has at least one scattering body which emits scattered light having a defined intensity and distribution when irradiated with a light beam, the scattering body having an emission surface for the scattered light, to which is assigned at least one light sensor for detecting the scattered light exiting the emission surface. A screening body having at least one screen opening through which the scattered light exits in the direction of the at least one light sensor is assigned to the emission surface of the scattering body.
