A valve cartridge for a magnet valve has a capsule, an armature movable within the capsule, a valve insert, and a valve body. One end of the valve insert inserted into the capsule, and a valve seat of the valve body inserted into a second end of the valve insert. The armature moves a plunger within the valve insert. The plunger has a base body and a closing body. A closing element of the closing body sealingly plunges into the valve seat. The base body includes an equalization groove, which enables volume equalization between a sealing region and an armature chamber. The plunger has a closed cylindrical outer contour on the end thereof facing the armature, which forms a radial guide of the plunger in the valve insert, and an axial recess, which overlaps with the equalization groove and is connected to the armature chamber via a radial recess.

A magnetic valve includes a valve component and a valve body that engages around a region of the valve component in a hood-like manner and in a sealing manner in at least one sealing region. A flow chamber is formed between the valve body and an end face of the valve component. The valve component has an axially running through-channel with a constant cross-section which passes through the end face and which opens into the flow chamber so as to form an axial duct for a fluid. The valve body has a through-opening that is fluidically connected to the flow chamber and is configured to be closed by a closing element that is movably arranged on a valve body face that faces away from the flow chamber. The end face is configured as a type of lip seal ring.

Magnetic valve

The disclosure relates to a valve for controlling fluids, including a valve body defining a passage opening, a tapering valve seat formed on the valve body, a closing element configured to open up and to close off the passage opening at the tapering valve seat, and a protruding region adjoining the tapering valve seat. The protruding region extends over only part of a circumference of the tapering valve seat.

The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert that is inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert and has a main valve seat. The magnetic armature, moved by a generated magnetic force, moves a tappet guided within the valve insert. The tappet has a closing element with a sealing element which plunges into the main valve seat of the valve body in a sealing manner for carrying out a sealing function, and an associated solenoid valve. According to the invention the valve insert is configured as a one-part slotted bushing, and the valve body is configured as a bonnet-shaped bushing. The valve body configured as a bushing is pressed into a second end of the valve insert configured as a slotted bushing such that the main valve seat is disposed within the valve insert.

Valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, and associated solenoid valve

The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a valve insert that is inserted by a first end into the capsule and on its other end receives a valve body with a main valve seat. A lower valve part is axially braced on the valve insert, and a flat filter for filtering out dirt particles is connected via a retaining element to the lower valve part. According to the invention, the retaining element includes at least one component on the flat filter side and at least one corresponding component on the lower valve part side, which makes at least one partial clamping connection between the flat filter and the lower valve part. The invention further relates to a solenoid valve having such a valve cartridge.
