The at least one fluid passage () comprises a passage component part () and a receiving opening () in the piston (). The passage component part () is inserted into the receiving opening so that at least one passage opening () is formed which allows the fluid to pass through at least occasionally.

A torsional vibration damper arrangement includes a vibration damper device () having a deflection mass carrier () and at least one deflection mass () which is supported at the deflection mass carrier () such that it can be deflected out of a basic position at a maximum distance from the axis of rotation (A) into a deflection position at a shorter distance from the axis of rotation (A), wherein the secondary side () has at least one circumferential supporting element (') having at least one circumferential supporting region () and a secondary-side mass element () which is preferably shaped like an annular disk. First connection elements () connect the secondary-side mass element () to the at least one circumferential supporting element () and to the deflection mass carrier ().

Torsion vibration damper assembly and vibration damper device, in particular in a torsion vibration damper assembly

A torsional vibration damper arrangement including a torsional vibration damper with a primary side and a secondary side rotatable with respect to the primary side around an axis of rotation against the action of a damper spring arrangement. One side of the primary side and secondary side includes two cover disk elements and a central disk element arranged between the cover disk elements. The cover disk elements are connected to one another by first connection elements radially inside the damper spring arrangement so as to be fixed axially and so as to transmit torque. The cover disk elements are connected to one another by second connection elements in such a way that they are prevented from moving axially away from one another. No torque can be transmitted between the cover disk elements by the second connection elements.

Torsional vibration damping arrangement, particularly for the power train of a vehicle

A torsional vibration damper in a gearbox housing has an input part connected to a drive and acts on a first damping unit and an intermediate part which acts as the output of the first damping unit and as the input of a second damping unit. The torsional vibration damper further has an output part which is in working connection with the second damping unit and which is designed to accept a takeoff. Takeoff-side drive elements of the intermediate part, the second damping unit, and the takeoff are mounted in a torque-transmitting space of a clutch device, which space is provided with at least one inlet and at least one outlet. A sealing wall separates the torque-transmitting space from a damping space including the first damping unit.

Torsional vibration damper

A dual clutch assembly includes a torsional vibration damper and a dual clutch. The vibration damper has a primary side which can be coupled to a driving member for joint rotation about an axis, a secondary side which is rotatable about the axis, and a damper element arrangement between the primary side and the secondary side. The dual clutch includes an input area and two output areas, the input area supporting the secondary side of the torsional vibration damper in at least one of an axial and radial direction with respect to the primary side, each output area being coupleable with a respective driven member so as to be fixed against rotation with respect to the driven member. A bearing arrangement supports the input area in at least one of an axial and a radial direction with respect to a stationary subassembly.

Dual-clutch assembly

A multi-clutch arrangement, especially a dual clutch for motor vehicles, comprising a first clutch area with a first pressure plate arrangement, with a first opposing support arrangement, and with a first clutch disk arrangement, which can be clamped between the first pressure plate arrangement and the first opposing support arrangement to transmit torque via the first clutch area; and a second clutch area with a second pressure plate arrangement, with a second opposing support arrangement, and with a second clutch disk arrangement, which can be clamped between the second pressure plate arrangement and the second opposing support arrangement to transmit torque via the second clutch area. A torsional vibration damper arrangement is assigned to at least one of the clutch areas, and where&mdash;relative to an axis of rotation (A)&mdash;the torsional vibration damper arrangement is arranged at least partially in the axial area of the first clutch area and/or of the second clutch area.

Multi-clutch arrangement

A dual clutch arrangement including two clutch areas, each with a pressure plate connected to a housing arrangement for rotation in common around an axis of rotation (A) and which can be shifted in the axial direction with respect to the housing; and a clutch disk, the friction surface areas of which can be clamped between the respective pressure plate and an opposing support arrangement. Each of the clutch disks is designed to be connected nonrotatably to a different power takeoff element. In addition a clutch cooling arrangement, through which a coolant can flow, is installed adjacent to the clutch areas.

Multi-disk clutch arrangement

A drive system that includes a drive shaft, which is or can be brought into torque-transmitting connection with a drive train, a secondary drive system for transmitting torque between the drive shaft and at least one auxiliary unit, and at least one vibration-damping device including a deflection mass carrier with freedom to rotate around a rotational axis and at least one deflection mass, which can shift position relative to the deflection mass carrier in at least one deflection plane. Upon deflection of the at least one deflection mass from the home position relative to the deflection mass carrier, the radial position of the deflection mass changes relative to the rotational axis. At least part of the vibration-damping device can be integrated into part of the secondary drive system.

Drive system

A torsion damping mechanism with a torsion damper with an input side and an output side, where the input side and the output side are connected elastically to each other by spring-type stored energy elements for rotation in common auxiliary mass which can rotate coaxially to the torsion damping mechanism is connected frictionally to the torsion damping mechanism by way of a friction area, where the frictional connection between the torsion damping mechanism and the auxiliary mass has a predetermined frictional moment. When this moment is exceeded during the occurrence of peaks in the torque being applied to the torsion damping mechanism, the auxiliary mass can slip or slips.

A leaf spring arrangement, especially for connecting a pressure plate to a housing, comprises a plurality of adjacent leaf spring elements, where each leaf spring element has a first attachment area for establishing the connection the pressure plate, a second attachment area for establishing the connection to the housing, and a connecting area extending between the first attachment area and the second attachment area. At least certain areas of at least two of the leaf spring elements are spaced apart between their first attachment area and their second attachment area.

A double clutch assembly comprising a first clutch area for the optional production of a torque-transmitting connection between a drive element and a first driven element, a second clutch area for the optional production of a torque-transmitting connection between the drive element and a second driven element, and a common engaging/disengaging mechanism, by means of which the first clutch area and the second clutch area can be actuated to produce or to nullify the torque-transmitting condition.

Double clutch assembly

A pressure plate assembly for a friction clutch includes a housing arrangement and a pressure plate arrangement, which is held by at least one leaf spring arrangement with freedom of axial movement relative to the housing arrangement. The at least one leaf spring arrangement is fixed by a first attachment area to a first fastening area of the pressure plate arrangement and by a second attachment area to a second fastening area of the housing arrangement. The end area of the first fastening area and/or the second fastening area curves away from the minimum of one leaf spring arrangement, this end area being located in the area along which the at least one leaf spring arrangement extends.

Pressure plate assembly for a friction clutch

A clutch disk is provided having a connecting arrangement, by means of which the friction linings can execute a radial movement with respect to the hub rotation axis and/or tilting movement with respect to a plane orthogonal to the hub rotation axis.
