On a medical diagnosis and/or intervention device having a movable component, collision sensors are to be arranged without the cabling outlay becoming too high. This is made possible by the collision sensors being capable of sending signals wirelessly. The voltage supply can also be provided wirelessly along a section by using e.g. a slip ring.

Medical examination or treatment device, in particular x-ray or CT device, comprising a control device controlling the operation of one or a number of device elements, as well as at least one mobile control element assigned to the control device, the control element communicating wirelessly with the control device for operating the examination or treatment device to issue control signals, with a detector element for detecting an item of information which can be read out or sent by a control element assigned to the control device during a movement of the control element from the room containing the medical examination or treatment device, the room communicating with the control device which disables the control operation as a function of the detection result.

A system for wireless operation includes a receiver and a mobile remote control unit having an acceleration sensor and a control unit. The mobile remote control unit is operable to wirelessly transmit control signals to the receiver. The control unit is operable to receive and evaluate measurement signals of the acceleration sensor, determine a connection quality between the mobile remote control unit and the receiver, and block the transmission of at least some of the control signals when a decision criterion determined by the measurement signals of the acceleration sensor and the connection quality is exceeded.

The invention relates to a medical diagnostic device comprising an operating element for controlling system components of the medical diagnostic device, said device comprising at least one operating lever which is embodied in such a way that it has at least one feature which is characteristic of the associated system component and is, for example, designed in such a way that it is congruent to the system component. In this way, the operating lever has a form adapted to that of the real system components or has the same form as said components.

A method for safety-directed wireless signal transmission is provided. The method includes duplicating an input signal; supplying each copy of the duplicated input signal within a source unit to a transmitter module over separate, independent software paths; transmitting the copies using the transmitter module over a common wireless transmission link to a receiver module of a sink unit; supplying each transmitted copy within the sink unit over an independent software path to a comparator module; and using the comparator module to test the output copies for consistency with an output signal corresponding to the output copies being generated by the comparator module.

Method and device for a safety-orientated wireless signal transmission

To facilitate an intuitive operation of an adjustable device of a medical apparatus, a system for the automatic setting of an operating configuration of the portable control module controlling the adjustable device is provided. Different operating configurations regarding the directional control of the movement of the movable device differ are based on the relative spatial position of the adjustable device with respect to the control module. The system includes at least one signal sender unit for sending a signal. The signal sender unit may be arranged on the control module. The system further includes at least two signal converter units for converting and retransmitting or for converting and reflecting the signal. The signal converter units may be arranged on different positions on the device. A signal receiver unit is used for receiving the converted signal, and the receiver unit may be arranged on the control module.

Medical examination or treatment apparatus, in particular X-ray or CT apparatus, comprising a controlling system controlling the operation of one or more apparatus elements, and at least one mobile operating element which is assigned to the control-ling system and which communicates wirelessly with the control-ling system for operating the examination or treatment apparatus for the transmission of operating signals, there being pro-vided at least one device which operates in a direction-selective and/or frequency-selective manner to modify the operating signals transmitted by the operating element such that a controlling system of examination or treatment apparatus disposed adjacent the examination or treatment apparatus to be intentionally operated is not activated by the modified operating signals or there being provided on the examination or treatment apparatus assigned to the operating element at least one acoustic and/or visual signal transmitter which is actuated when an operating signal is generated by the assigned operating element.

Medical examination or treatment apparatus

A technical device and an associated remote control is provided. The remote control includes a support and a contact. The technical device includes a support rail and a contact rail. The support, the contact, the support rail and the contact rail are adapted to one another and fashioned such that an optical and/or electrical effective connection is automatically produced between the contact and the contact rail via attachment of the remote control to the support rail.

A safety device is provided that can be connected with a technical device and an associated emergency activation apparatus. The safety device includes a rail. The rail and emergency activation apparatus are fashioned such that the emergency activation apparatus can be attached to the rail and be shifted thereon. A test signal can be output by the rail that can be received by an emergency activation apparatus attached thereto independent of its shift position. A response signal can be output by the emergency activation apparatus that can be received by the rail independent of the shift position emergency activation apparatus. The safety device is fashioned such that a signal can be emitted to the technical device dependent on the receipt of the response signal. Via the signal, an emergency measure can be triggered, for example an emergency disconnection of the technical device such as an E-stop or, respectively, dead-man's function.

A planar image detector for electromagnetic radiation has radiation-sensitive pixel elements arranged in a matrix that has a surface with active pixels for imaging and a surface with correction pixels, not exposed to the radiation for generating correction signals, and with contact surfaces next to the surfaces with the pixels. The surface with the correction pixels is arranged in a different plane from the surface with the active pixels and at one of the sides of the image detector with the contact surfaces of the active pixels.

A diagnostic radiography system has an X-ray generator for emitting an X-ray beam, a planar X-tray image converter with a sensor unit with photosensitive pixel elements that are arranged in a matrix and, arranged behind the sensor unit in the direction of radiation, a back-illumination which is formed by elements that are arranged in a matrix are connected to a control device. When the back-illumination is switched on, the output signal of the sensor unit is measured, and the elements of the back-illumination are triggered individually by the control device for homogenization in the sense of producing a uniform output signal.
