Poppet valve, plate valve, with a longitudinal axis (L), with a valve seat having a plurality of valve seat passage channels, with a catcher arranged at a distance from the valve seat in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L), and with a sealing element arranged movably between the valve seat and the catcher for opening and closing the valve seat passage channels. One of the valve components formed as the valve seat or the catcher having a plurality of passage channel limiting sections and a plurality of web portions, each extending mutually at an angle (&#x3b1;), wherein at least one of the valve components formed as valve seat or catcher is produced at least in sections by additive manufacturing, and wherein at least one of the passage channel limiting sections is dimensioned shorter in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L).

Poppet valve and method of manufacturing valve components of a poppet valve

An automatic plate valve having a valve seat, a valve guard, a longitudinal axis (L) and a valve element arranged between the valve seat and the valve guard and movable along the longitudinal axis (L). The valve seat includes an end face having with valve seat openings oriented towards the valve guard, and a plurality of passages, which have a fluid-conducting connection to the valve seat openings. The valve element includes sealing element interacting with the valve seat openings. Wherein some of the passages have a different distance to the longitudinal axis in a radial direction (R). The end face of the valve seat including a plurality of grooved recesses, forming valve seat openings, with passages open into the same recess, the passages forming a fluid-conducting connection to the valve seat opening. Some of these passages connected to the valve seat opening have different distances to the longitudinal axis.

Plate valve and method for operating same

Seat valve, with a valve body having a plurality of inlet channels, with a plurality of closing elements arranged movably in a longitudinal direction L, each inlet channel being assigned a closing element for opening and closing the inlet channel, with a closing spring assigned to each closing element. The closing spring applies a prestressing force to the respective closing element to close the inlet channel. Each closing element assigned a braking device which is arranged separately from the closing element and which gradually brakes an opening movement of the closing element when the inlet channel is opened, independently of the closing spring. The braking device having a stop body with a stop surface against which the closing element can be brought to bear after an opening movement when the inlet channel is opened, the stop body being arranged movably and/or yieldingly in the opening direction of the closing element.

Seat valve

Poppet valve for a piston compressor, having a valve body with a plurality of inlet ducts, wherein each inlet duct has an inlet section and an outlet section. The outlet section opens into a valve seat, wherein each inlet duct is assigned a closing element and a spring. The closing element can be moved in an axial direction (A) in such a way that the valve seat can be closed by way of the closing element. The spring has a first spring end section and a second spring end section, wherein the spring is arranged in the inlet duct and bears with the first spring end section against and is held on the inlet section of the inlet duct. The second spring end section is connected to the closing element, to bring about a pre-stressing force on the closing element, which pre-stressing force is oriented towards the valve seat.

Poppet valve

A poppet valve including a valve seat cover having a plurality of inlet channels, wherein each inlet channel opens into a valve seat, and includes a plurality of closing elements, which are movable in an axial direction (A), wherein a closing element, which is movable in an axial direction (A), is associated with each valve seat in order to close the valve seat, wherein all closing elements are arranged on a common closing element holding device and the closing element holding device is movable in the axial direction (A) such that the closing elements can assume at least two positions, an open position, in which the closing elements are raised relative to the valve seats, and a closed position, in which the closing elements rest against the valve seats.

A poppet valve for a piston compressor having a catcher, a valve body with a plurality of inlet ducts opening into a valve seat, and a plurality of closing elements which can be moved in an axial direction. Each inlet duct is assigned a closing element, and the valve seat is arranged to lie opposite the associated closing element in the axial direction in such a way that the valve seat can be closed by way of the closing element A spring is arranged between the catcher and the closing element, to bring a pre-stressing force on the closing element, which pre-stressing force is oriented towards the valve seat. The spring encloses an inner space. A guide part which runs in the axial direction is arranged on the catcher, on which guide part the closing element is mounted such that it can move, in the axial direction.
