A screw part with an annular cross-section and having a base element that is hollow, cylindrical and at least partially injection-molded from a plasticized polymeric mass containing fibers. The base element includes at least one internal and/or external thread and an inner channel for arranging and/or passing through a conduit system element. The inner channel has at least one sealing section for sealing with the conduit system element and/or at least one support section for supporting and/or guiding the conduit system element and/or at least one retaining section for directly or indirectly locking the conduit system element. An insertion sleeve is arranged in the base element coaxially with the inner channel. The insertion sleeve is at least partially encapsulated by the polymeric mass with the polymeric mass facing radially towards the inner channel and radially away from the inner channel. A process for manufacturing such a screw part.

A line section for temperature-controlled guiding of a reductant for the exhaust gas post-treatment of an internal combustion engine, comprising a first line for guiding the reductant, a second line for guiding a temperature control agent, and a casing surrounding the first and second lines. The first and second lines are disposed extending adjacent to each other in the casing and guided in a coupling housing connected to the casing. Both the first and second lines are guided through the entire coupling housing while extending adjacent to each other.

A connection device for the plug connection of at least one media line includes a housing part with at least one reception orifice for plugging in a plug portion connected or connectable to the at least one media line. The housing part includes a basic part and an insert part. The basic part is releasably connected with a form fit to the insert part via a latching connection. The latching connection holds the insert part releasably and is formed by a C-shaped spring clip which is seated on the outside of the basic part and engages with at least one latching extension radially through an orifice of the basic part into a circumferential latching groove of the insert part.

Connection device for medium conduits

A connection system for conduits, fittings or assemblies which are intended for carrying a fluid acted upon by a pressure (p), in particular for systems carrying carbon dioxide. The connection system comprises a first coupling part such as a housing part, a second coupling part such as a plug part, and is capable of being introduced into the first coupling part along an axis. At least one gas-permeable circumferential seal is arranged in a groove in one of the two coupling parts. One coupling part is capable of being plugged with a shank into a round receiving orifice of the other coupling part. After plugging-in, the circumferential seal seals off a gap between the outer radius of the shank and the inner radius of the receiving orifice.

Connection system

A receiving part of a fluid plug-in coupling is provided, including a socket housing having a plug-in opening for a plug part and having a retaining device for releasably fixing the plugged-in plug part in place. The retaining device has a retaining element mounted in the socket housing and radially elastically deformable retaining sections for latching engagement behind a radial retaining step of the plug part. A release element is secured in an axially displaceable manner relative to the socket housing via latching means. The release element engages by means of an inner release section the plug-in opening and acts against the retaining sections of the retaining element. A securing element is provided such that the release element is blocked in a secured position agains a release movement and is unblocked in an unblocked position for a release movement. The securing element and the release element are preferably rotatable about the coupling axis relative to each other between the secured position and the unblocked position.
