A system is provided for assembling laminar components in places with different access. The laminar components are provided with parallel projecting flanges and a clip for bringing these flanges together. The clip is configured as a channel which is provided at one end with a pin running between the flanges of the channel. The clip is inserted into an opening in the flange and serves as a pivot point for swinging the channel to the end position.

In a known headlight for a motor vehicle, a lens is glued to a headlight shell. According to the invention, a cover disk is surrounded, on its outer circumference, with at least one outwardly projecting profile shoulder. A sealing profile is designed as a securing frame which form-lockingly reaches over the profile shoulder of the cover disk and is mechanically fastened to the shell. The fastening arrangement is used for front headlights of passenger cars.

Fastening arrangement of a cover disk as a component of a motor vehicle

A fastening arrangement fits a vehicle lamp in a receptive trim element and has at least two holders protruding from the lamp in the peripheral region of a diffusing screen. The holders are spaced apart and, when the lamp is installed, are fixed to associated holders of the trim element. One of the protruding holders, as the lamp is inserted, is able to be put together with the associated holder of the trim element, and having the plug connection secured by a screw fastening. The lamp, as it is inserted into the trim element, is conveyed into its installation position by a longitudinal displacement motion essentially parallel to the principal extent of the diffusing screen to eliminate the need for the frame opening in the trim element to be overdimensioned relative to the lamp. Each holder protruding from the lamp in the peripheral region of the diffusing screen extends in the sliding direction and is put together with its associated holder on the trim element. The screw-connectable holders, once the lamp is displaced into its installation position, are disposed behind the lamp to be accessible by a screwing tool.

Fastening arrangement for a vehicle lamp

An arrangement for adjusting the reflector inclination angle of front headlights of a motor vehicle which contains an adjusting screw for the reflector provided with a teeth and a guide for a Phillips screwdriver which is used as an adjustment tool transversely with respect to the screw axis. In order to, on the one hand, achieve a simple mounting which can be automated and is secured with respect to a loss and to achieve, on the other hand, in a simple manner a secure guide of the Phillips screwdriver without any jamming, for adjusting the reflector, the toothing is molded onto the adjusting screw. The adjusting screw, on the head-side section, together with the molded-on teeth must have a smaller diameter than that of the shell passage provided for the adjusting screw. Furthermore, in order to axially fix the adjusting screw, detent elements must be provided which are molded to the shell for locking engagement with the screw. The guide is formed by a supporting web shaped out of the shell on the exterior side and with a distance to the adjusting screw. The supporting web has an insertion opening for the Phillips screwdriver which is oriented transversely to the screw axis and is situated at the axial side of the toothing.

A spraying device for headlamp-cleaning systems for motor vehicles having an essentially cylindrical nozzle carrier which comprises two sections, with the vehicle-external nozzle carrier section being formed from a number of annular segments connected to one another in a hinge-like manner. In a rest position, the nozzle carrier is retracted in the vehicle body. When moved into the operating setting outside the vehicle, the front nozzle carrier section comprising the annular segments curves in an arc shape, such that a cleaning nozzle fitted to the head end of the nozzle carrier comes to be situated in an area just in front of the headlamp diffusing screen.

A headlight for a power vehicle has a housing connectable with a vehicle body, a holding frame accommodated in the housing adjustably relative to the latter and a reflector which is turnably connectable with the holding frame and turnable outwardly from a position in which it is arrested with the holding frame. The reflector has a rear side and is provided with light sources insertable into the rear side of the reflector. The housing has a rear upper side and is provided at the rear upper side with an opening. The reflector is turnable about a horizontal axis extending in its upper region so that the rear side of the reflector with the light sources is turnable toward the opening from the holding frame.

Headlight for power vehicle

A headlight for vehicles in which a reflector (1) with an attached level (7) is adjustable about a horizontal axis within a stationary housing (2) includes a window-like opening arrangement as part of either a light shield for the housing, or the housing itself, with a transparent cover (5, 10) adjacent and above the level. The window-like opening arrangement can be part of a cap covering an opening into a rear-side wall of the housing and can include a magnifying glass.

Headlight for vehicles

A headlamp casing of a motor-vehicle headlamp is disclosed which is connected to an inner reflector receiving a bulb centrally in a bore and which is fastened pivotably and centrally in a trough of a body receptacle. The headlamp casing has a tubular extension which projects centrally from the outer face and is connected through an orifice in the receptacle to a fastening part and through the bore of which a headlamp bulb can be drawn out of the reflector bore from the rear side of the receptacle.

Motor vehicle headlamp

A headlamp for motor vehicles exhibits a diffuser disc which serves to mask a light exit aperture of a reflector housing and which is retained on the latter by a fastening frame and which is braced toward the depth of the reflector housing only by the reflector housing. The reflector housing yields at least in a bracing region in case of a collision and clears the path for a yielding plunging of the diffuser disc into a reflector housing cavity without the fastening frame being prejudicially deformed.

Lamp unit for vehicles which is retained slidably under the effect of force in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle in order to reduce the danger of injury to pedestrians et cetera, and also the danger of damage to the lamps in the case of minor accidents.
