The invention relates to a macroblister comprising a flat body, in which are introduced cavities for receiving individual medicament portions, wherein the cavities are filled with individual medicament portions and are sealed with a foil. According to the invention, said macroblister contains a number T of medicament portions, characterized in that T is at least 60 and the flat body has a dimension in the range of 200 mm&#xd7;200 mm to 1200 mm&#xd7;1200 mm.

The device for mixing and discharging a self-curing two-component molding composition comprises a two-plunger mixing gun having a gun body 1 and a receiving shaft 4 for 2 cartridges 11a, 11b filled with the individual components of the molding composition, and a static mixer 6 adjoining the receiving shaft 4 and with an outlet nozzle 7. In this arrangement, the cartridges 11a, 11b comprise separate cardboard sleeves 22, which are respectively provided with a terminating plate 23 and a plunger element 24. The cardboard sleeves are introduced into the receiving shaft 4, which can be closed by a pressure-resistant cartridge housing 5 enclosing the cardboard sleeves 22 flush with them. Also provided between the static mixer 6 and the cardboard sleeves 22 is a head piece 16, which can be inserted into the receiving shaft 4 and has separate flow channels 28a, 28b which are open towards the cardboard sleeves 22 and merge directly at the inlet into the static mixer 6.

The device for inhalation of a powdery, pharmacologically active drug consists of a supply container (3) for the drug (4), a manually actuated metering unit for providing a portioned-off quantity of inhalation substance which is picked up by the air current drawn in during inhalation and is swirled, an air inlet channel (9), a swirl chamber (W), and a connection channel (8) between the swirl cheer (W) and the metering unit, as well as a mouthpiece channel issuing from the swirl chamber (W). The metering unit here consists of a metering drum (D) which has, in its interior (5), a supply container (3) for the drug. Furthermore, the air inlet channel (9) and the connection channel (8) are arranged in such a way that they run towards each other in a V-shape. During a metering procedure, a portioned-off quantity of drug for inhalation present in the shape of a dome is provided in each case at the apex of the two air channels (8) and (9) running towards each other in a V-shape.

A liquid can be dosed advantageously using a syringe-like device, from a container fitted thereon, by means of a plunger mounted displaceably in a dosing chamber, this dosing chamber being connected to the container via a channnel passing through this plunger, a valve and a channel arranged together with the plunger in a connection tube.
