A dispensing device for a preferably cosmetic liquid as well as a method for the manufacture thereof are proposed. A lasting and tight joining of two materials is achieved while allowing for simple manufacture by pretreating the surface of the first material by means of plasma treatment or irradiation in a desired joining area in order to form radicals there or to break up the polymer chains of the first material, and by then injecting the second material directly against the first material. Another aspect consists in covering the first material with a second material for joining with another material or component.

Dispensing device

The invention relates to a dispensing device, particularly a dispensing head proposed for preferably cosmetic liquid. A simple, tightly closing structure of an outlet valve is achieved in that a valve element is injected onto a wall and/or lies thereon with its entire surface or flat surface when the valve is closed and/or the valve element covers an outlet opening on the flat side. Alternatively or in addition, the valve element is pretensioned into a closed position when the valve is closed.

A dispensing device for dispensing a preferably cosmetic fluid is proposed. The dispensing device has an elastically deformable section for pumping a fluid. Simple and easy actuation is made possible by the section having a concave region in the initial position and/or by the thickness of the section varying.

What is being proposed is a lever spray pump for dispensing a cosmetic liquid. The lever spray pump has a flexible section which can be deformed for the pumping of the liquid. The pump has a manually operable actuation element in order to deform the section for pumping. The pump has an air valve for a container associated with the pump. The air valve is embodied in a single piece with the section and is opened automatically upon deformation of the section or operation of the pump. Preferably, the section is pretensioned in the built-in state with non-actuated pump.

Disclosed is a device () for dispensing a liquid () without spraying as well as a use of such a dispensing device (). In order to prevent liquid from escaping after a dispensing process, an outlet that opens towards the environment can be closed by means of a discharge valve (). The invention concerns a Liquid droplet plug & spray system for atomising a liquid substance and comprising a liquid droplet spray device including a housing in which a space is provided for receiving a liquid substance, a reservoir for containing said liquid substance, a fluidic interface for connecting said reservoir to said space in said housing thereby conveying liquid substance contained in said reservoir to said space by way of capillary action, a valve arranged between said reservoir and said fluidic channel for controlling access of said liquid substance from said reservoir to said fluid channel, an electromechanical actuation means for actuating the liquid substance in said space such that the liquid substance undergoes a vibration and is expelled as a liquid droplet spray, and electronic control means for controlling said electromechanical actuation means, wherein said liquid droplet spray system consists of two parts, a first, disposable part in which said reservoir and said valve are arranged, and a second, non-disposable part in which said liquid droplet spray device, said electromechanical actuation means, said electronic control means and said liquid channel are arranged such that said reservoir does not directly contact said liquid channel, said valve ensuring that said first, disposable part is liquid tight when not in use.
