An image processing device is provided. An image processing device includes: a program executing part that applies parameter groups to an image processing program which searches a search object using an image group with different resolutions created from an input image, acquires a search result for each of the parameter groups, and acquires an image group which is acquired in the course of execution of the image processing program for each parameter group; a synthesis part that creates a synthetic image from each of a plurality of acquired image groups; a display part that displays the plurality of created synthetic images and displays the plurality of acquired search results to overlap the plurality of synthetic images; and a setting part that sets the parameter group corresponding to the synthetic image selected from the plurality of synthetic images displayed on the display part by an operation in the image processing program.

One of stereo cameras is set such that a front view of a support surface of a workpiece is imaged, an image produced by the camera is displayed, and a range of an area where measurement processing is enabled is assigned by a rectangular frame. A manipulation assigning an upper limit and a lower limit of a height measurement range is accepted. When each assignment is fixed, zero is set as a z-coordinate to each constituent pixel of an image to which the rectangular frame is set, and a z-coordinate based on the upper limit of the height measurement range and a z-coordinate based on the lower limit are set to coordinates corresponding to the rectangular frame. A three-dimensional model data producing processing apparatus produces three-dimensional model data using design data (CAD data) of an object to be recognized. The three-dimensional model data producing processing includes processing conversion processing, edit processing, and teaching processing. The conversion processing and the edit processing are performed to the design data on a computer. The teaching processing is performed in a practical environment. It is not necessary to image a workpiece model in the three-dimensional model data producing processing.
